"Why am I even here?" I whispered to Baifern while are in a five-star hotel owned by our family "There is no family dinner, right?"
"Until when are you gonna avoid them, Lis? We're not here for them, I heard Kai and Jungkook that they will bring you to your club again that is why I brought you here. I don't want my dinner to be interrupted by them saying you need help."
"I'm not avoiding them, Fern. Should I thank you for saving my ass from them?"
Dara and her boyfriend Ji-Yong greeted us when we reached their table. I was so bored listening to them about work and stuff. Dara is also an heiress but still chose to work as an admin before taking over their business. She said she wanted to explore first. I remember when she knocked on my door, crying because her parents were forcing her to take over their business right after they graduated. I can't blame her since it's a huge responsibility.
I excused myself after I finished my meal. Good thing I brought my vape with me. Baifern keeps on telling me to stop this but I couldn't, this helped me to relax.
I exhaled a huge amount of fruity-scented smoke while watching the city overview from the rooftop. Now, I'm thankful that Fern brought me here. It's been a while since I felt this feeling; alone yet peaceful.
I took a picture of the beautiful view in front of me and posted it on my Instagram story. I immediately received replies from the two saying how stupid I am for not telling them I have plans tonight. I also posted the photos that Baifern took while we were eating.

Students were greeting me as I'm walking to our first class. I spotted the two waiting for me outside the classroom.
"Dude, look!"
Jungkook showed me the Instagram account of Professor Kim and I also noticed that he sent a follow request.
"You're hopeless, she won't accept that." I shoved his phone away and went inside the classroom, her display picture is so hot
"There is no harm in trying."
They followed me to my desk. They are like magnets.
"Lis, can I borrow your phone?" Kai asked, "I'll just call mom to find my phone, I couldn't find it."
I eyed him suspiciously "I'll beat you if you'll do something stupid." I warned him before giving him my phone
He excused himself.
"You two went out last night?" I asked Jungkook who is sitting at my desk "Fern overheard you talking about bringing me with you that is why she brought me with her." though I don't owe them any explanation, I don't want to make them feel that I don't like hanging out with them
"That's fine, Lis, but..."
"But?"
"You need to forgive us." Jungkook slowly walked away from me
