i've tried to forget your touch that burns my skin with hot needles,
the ach that you left me everytime,
the shaking hands I had when near you,
i've tried over and over to act like it never happened.
i've tried to forget the words that pierced my heart with a thousand swords,
i try to not give you more power, more strength, more light
i would feel empty and raw yet you never cared
how was I supposed to feel ok with you around?
i felt shattered, bare, hollow, drained
i looked at you for help and all you did was betray me
all you did was pour out the water in my glass that was life
all you did was abandon my feelings
all you did was take my vulnerability and crush it in your bare hands to fine powder
all i did was let you murder my naivety with a solid strike...
