'HELENA REYSDOTTIR'
"Good morning, Sir William," Adryan bowed whilst Blaire walked into the metal-filled room.
"You must be Flame," William glared at me. I raised my eyebrows and stared back at him.
"Hel, this is William, he's the big boss, so don't you dare say anything related to us if you don't want our plan to fail," Adryan briefed me in the most serious tone I've ever heard him speak in.
I looked at him - William - up and down before smiling smugly. "Oh yes, I know. I'm not as dumb as you are, dearest."
"Don't call me that, please."
"You have been a mischievous scum around here, Satan," William said, causing a chuckle to erupt from my lips, but I didn't want to hold it back anyway, "Do you think this is funny?"
"Yes, I do, you're a joke," I grinned, "did you know? My father used to be called a mischievous scum, legends say that he still does!"
I could tell I was starting to annoy him, and it was hilarious. Adryan didn't lie when he told me that he was a hot-head, an impatient, grumpy freak, I could tell.
"No, I did not know, and I don't care," he growled.
"And I don't give a fuck," I said, widening my smile to seem rather unbothered, which was true, I was not.
"You burnt an entire village down! You killed my people, and yet you try to sound innocent?!" He yelled, hands making all types of gestures to express his anger. I wanted to hold up the dagger in my pockets with my magic, but Adryan's magic was supposed to work, and I didn't want to betray him.
"I'm not innocent," I tilted my head smugly, "your men are just weak, people from history can survive bomb attacks."
"No, they are not! I chose out the best men myself, and they are no doubt better than soldiers from history! You are a terrorist, that does not excuse your actions and behaviour!" He argued. Adryan raised his brows and looked to the door, then back to us again before dipping his head to the side, walking out the door. I could see Adryan didn't want to take any more of William's screaming, which I assumed he experienced before, but neither do I. I figured this would be a good time to let this go on autopilot, and transfer my focus back to the better me, but I didn't.
"Really? I'm afraid you have bad taste," I smiled at him with frowning brows. I saw him roll his eyes angrily.
"Bad taste?! At least I don't depend on my magic like you!" He shouted, so loud that I could hear it from a mile away. "You are nothing more than a monster, and I demand you to get out of our realm before we tell the Goddess of Magic and Music herself to show, and kick you out!"
I wanted to shift my consciousness back to the me who's still in the forest, but I liked this, I wanted to see where this would go - how pissed off he'd become, how much louder he'd yell, how annoyed he'd be.
"Funny enough, my mother is a friend of the Goddess of Magic and Music, and you can't ever convince her to kick me out of this realm. Even if you try, I'd only ever be put in a cell. Oh, excuse you, my mother would get me out of there in a heartbeat," I grinned at him, "not to mention, my mother's the Queen of Nomna."
"I don't have time for your bluff! I order you to get out of here now, and I wish for you to never, ever interact with our realm ever again!" His face was starting to get red as he growled.
"No," I said kindly, lazily. "It's fine if you don't believe me, really, I'm not bragging about it. Oh, let's see if you believe this! I actually have one of your allies under my spell, and they're working for me."
