"How many times do I have to tell you to stay away from me?!"

"Oh, come on, sweetheart," Prince smoothly voiced, lightly tugging SkyX towards himself. "I just want to get to know you."

SkyX shoved Prince away from him, causing the lean boy to plunge back. And he would have if CB97 hadn't caught him in time.

"Oh, CB! You should have let him fall," SPEARB whined playfully. "It would've been so hilarious."

Prince gasped, "Damn, I see how it is. How could you find my misery funny? I thought we were friends." He dramatically placed a hand over his chest.

Lee Know shrugged. "We need some form of entertainment. We could've been training right now, but here we are, at the registration center, because you want to flirt with SkyX while he works."

"Yah, leave if you want to and take this dimwit with you. I'm not asking to be flirted with while I work." SkyX pointed his finger at the newcomer group.

SkyX and Blaze were once again working at District 9 today, and although the newcomers didn't have to hang out with the top racers, Prince had insisted that they stay for the sole reason of flirting with SkyX.

Blaze and I.N had found the commotion amusing, knowing that the SkyX they know has a full-blown crush on the boy under the mask, who happens to call himself Prince at the track. During all this, J.One had opted to stray away from the group and work on his car.

He decided that he'd make sure that the mechanisms of his Mazda were working well before beginning to touch up the scratches on his car by redoing the paint job.

He figured that he would begin touching up the scratches after everything else. They hadn't been present earlier that day, otherwise, if anyone had noticed, he would've had to come up with a plausible excuse, and that would've been bad considering that Jisung isn't the best at doing that on the spot.

Today, he had arrived at District 9 much earlier than the rest of his group, in hopes of getting some extra training time in. He had already been preparing for the championship race for a while, but now that a bet was put in place, he subconsciously began working even harder to prepare. So while he had been training, he had managed to avoid crashing into anything that would cause severe damage, but the minor scratches on the sides of his car were inevitable. But meanwhile, he might as well check his engines and everything else important.

Since Jisung has been racing for almost two years already, he had managed to make enough money to buy a lot of the aftermarket parts he would need to modify his car into a street racing one. When he first began racing at District 9, YoungK had taught him how to increase a car's performance on a race track.

The first thing he learned was how to increase a car's airflow. Increasing a car's airflow helps it "breathe" better, meaning that expended air and fuel can exit the combustion chamber faster. A quicker exit lets more air and fuel burn in the combustion chamber, which creates a greater horsepower output and more fuel efficiency. To do this, he had made sure to replace the stock filter in his car with a cold air intake because they have special filters that increase the surface area that pulls air into the engine while the air is cool.

Jisung pulled up the hood of his car and then the handle up to keep the hood up while he checked the engine. He had his cold air intake refurbished not too long ago, so he didn't have to replace it again any time soon.
