I said I didnt want help

I woke up in a hospital bed I had been stitched up and when I opened my eyes I saw William holding Waverly in his arms like I hold her. Why wasn't I holding her? "Waves" she turned to me and had a small smile on her face "your awake finally" I smiled at her I don't quite remember how I got here or why I was here. "What's been stitched up I can feel it on my neck" she held her tears in looking at me "you don't remember do you?" I was so confused had I done something was something done to me

"No I have no idea why I'm here but I hate hospitals I thought I had told you that before" she shook her head looking at me "Nicole you tired to kill yourself because of me, and now your upset because of me" I shook my head at her this time "you are not the reason I will ever kill myself Waverley but with all do respect I don't want your help" I got off my bed and grabbed my bag of clothes but they were full of blood. Waverley grabbed the bag form out my hand to hide it from me or her "what's your problem waves" William jumped in front of me and pulled me into the bathroom

"Nicole she is just trying to help you. Please let her help you. Let me help you" I pushed past him and looked at Waverley "I don't need any god damn help I'm me, I am the real me and you want to fix that" I felt tears running down my face and grabbed my phone "don't follow me, Waverley I don't need your help and I hate that you thought I did" I grabbed the rest of my stuff including the bag full of my bloody clothes

I left the room and saw Wynonna and Gus "your awake. Are you okay? Where are you going?" Gus tried to stop me but I moved past her because I didn't want to hurt her like I did mum

I ran out the door and didn't stop until I fiscally couldn't. I didn't want to wring Waverley or Will or Wynonna for that fact I only wanted Shae but not like that I love Waverley I will never love anyone the way I love her

"Hello. Hello Nicole are you there. Nicole" I couldn't talk like I had something stopping me "Nicole are you okay do you need me to come get you?" I took a breath in "Shae I need your help" I heard her grab her car keys "where are you sweet heart" I gave her my address and waited for her, I was cold as I was only in the hospital clothes

As I was waiting for her I set my clothes on fire I wasn't near any woods or houses so I was fine to do it here, when Shae pulled up she instantly panicked and put the fire out pushing me away from it "Are you crazy Nicole you could have got hurt. Why are you wearing that? Do you need me to take you back" I looked at her in shock and shook my head multiple times "NO IM NOT GOING BACK" I started to panic but Shae hugged me calming me down

She put me in her car and drove me to her hotel she was in "put them on I'll be back" she gave me some of her clothes and left the room

For fuck sake Nicole what makes you think she wants you back look at her now and look at you. But you don't what her Nicole you want Waverley. But I want Shae just as much. But you wouldn't marry Shae, you got a ring Nicole for Waverley. But then you kissed Shae and it felt so good

When she came back in I didn't hesitate I grabbed her and kissed her hard. She was in shock but she kissed me back I slid my tongue into her mouth making her push me down but I couldn't get hard "I have missed you Nicole but" but before she could finish her sentence Waverley walked in panic across her face at first but then hurt

"YOU CALLED WAVERLEY. I ASKED FOR HELP AND YOU FUCKING CALLED WAVERLEY" she jumped off me and I got up reaching for her but she pushed my hand away "please Waverley it wasn't what it looked like" I looked into Waverley's beautiful eyes that where now full of hurt "so first you refuse my help and call me and your brother dicks pretty much for trying to help but went straight to her and what exactly, hoping for a quickie" I looked down she had got this so wrong

"Waverley that's not... I'm not here for that I really did only want help I don't know what got over me. I love you not her she is a old ex-girlfriend. Waves please you have to believe me" she smacked me but not hard like it hurt her more then me to do so "omg I'm so sorry Nicole 'I don't know what got over me'" she pushed open the door only for me to chase after her

Wynonna was sitting with Gus and William so I grabbed Waverley's arm but not hard Wynonna look as if she was going to jump out the car but Gus stopped her

"WAVERLEY PLEASE I NEED YOU TO BELIEVE ME I CANT LOSE YOU" she didn't look at me so I got down on one knee and saw how hurt Shae looked

"Waverley Earp look at me" she brought her head down looking me in the eyes. It was now or never Nicole. I grabbed the ring as it was in the bag of bloody clothes but clean thank god "Waves you think I want her I don't, you think I want her help over yours I don't, I know I can hurt her when I tell her the truth but with you I try to hide it make me look strong and I see that it was wrong but Waverley you have to believe me when I say I don't want her only you it's always only been you. Waverley Earp will you marry me" she looked at me in complete shock "I know we are very young but we don't have to get married straight away just so you know I'm yours now and forever" she went to talk but didn't just got down and kissed me

Omg did I miss her lips on mine so much better then Shae ever will be "was that a yes" she looked back at Gus who nodded in fact all three of them did and she looked back at me and said very quietly "yes" I jumped up and grabbed her picking her up in my arms "yeah" she smiled kissing me "YES NICOLE HAUGHT I WILL MARRY YOU" for a second I didn't feel depressed or sad I felt happy like when I was dying but better and it wasn't a second it's was a lot longer then when I was dying like it was always going to be there

"SO THATS IT WE ARE OVER COMPLETELY" I heard Shae shout as she was at a far, I put Waverley down and she walked over to us "I'm sorry Shae I loved you I really did but I love you like I love William not like I love Waverley I will never love anyone the way I love her" Shae smiled and gave me a hug "I'm proud of you Nicole just don't do something stupid again"
