¬ 16th Rendezvous

[3 months passed]

"akala ko ba magkakape tayo? Bakit tayo nasa beach?" i asked him and he just laughed at me.

"we will, you see that cafe? D'yan tayo magkakape." he said and pointed at the white and beige themed cafe that looks aesthetic and minimalist at the same time.

"ang ganda ng ambiance, saan mo naman to nahanap?" i asked but he didn't answer.

We went inside at mas lalong maganda ang loob ng cafe, white and beige fragments filled the room and group of people chattering by the corner.

Everybody here is in a good mood, i like the vibes and the calming scent of coffee especially the overlooking beach that you can see through the glass window.

Ryle insist na s'ya na raw ang magbabayad at oorder, kahit naman makipag debate ako roon ay hindi ako mananalo, kaya hinayaan ko nalang.

He ordered strawberry cheesecake and iced latte for me while he ordered americano and blueberry cheesecake for himself.

"babe" he suddenly called.

"why?"

"do you think mom would agree if i engage to you right now?" he asked and looked at the sky.

"i don't know babe, gusto mo itanong natin?" i asked and hid my smirk

"huh? Paano naman?"

"akyat tayo don, want mo?" i said and laughed hard.

Sinamaan nya lang ako ng tingin at pinahiran ako nung blueberry jam sa cheesecake nya. I glared at him and did the same.

"tama na babe! Ang lagkit na ng mukha natin. Jusko." i said and wiped my face with wipes.

"okay fine, sorry" he said and wiped his face.

Nang matapos kaming kumain ay dinala nanaman nya ako sa ibang lugar, but this time, it was a big surpise.

We walked inside a blue and white house beside the beach, it has plants all over the side and a white door infront of us. As we entered, the scent of the ocean breeze lingered through my nose. And a familiar scent i was hugging earlier, it was his perfume.

A perfect combination.

"bakit tayo nandito? I faced him.

" ito, i bought this. I bought this house, " he said and looked around while holding my hands.

"w-what? ipaliwanag mo nga celestino ryle." i said and followed him to the.... Balcony?

"i bought this property, pinaayos ko at pinapinturahan ko." he said.

He walked around and continued talking, "i picked the spot, tagaytay. Why? Because we met here, we spend time together here. And because this is where i found the girl i want to be with my lifetime."

"i asked my mom, my dad, my sister and ofcourse, si tita, at si tito. At lalo na si kylo, they already agreed. And now, the only needed answer, is yours." he said and faced me. He looked excited and hesitant at the same time. But he also looked happy.
