After the VK's leave for their next class Calissa stands up to get a closer seat. Occasionally Calissa attends one on one classes with Fairy Godmother. Because she also has the power to grant wishes, FG helps her figure out how to hone that power to do the right wish and into the right action. FG sends Calissa a small smile as she begins the lesson. Because she doesn't yet have a wand, she focuses her energy into her hands. When completing a wish her fingertips sparkle with blue mist.
Fairy Godmother admires Calissa for her determination to excel in her classes. While her daughter Jane hardly practices her magic, Calissa she thinks of as an apprentice of sorts. Sometimes imagining her as the next Fairy Godmother.
Calissa settles in her seat, taking out her worksheet from the last lesson. As she finishes the worksheet packet the bell rings for the end of morning lessons an hour later.
************
After her classes, Calissa heads to her locker to put some of her things away, leaving her assigned homework in her bag. Just out of her peripheral vision, a short blonde haired girl sneaks up behind Calissa. Glancing at the small mirror in her locker, she could see her little sister trying to sneak up on her. Yazmin, the youngest of the three had her shoulders hunched as she tiptoed behind Lissa.
"Don't even bother, I know you're there Yaz." Says Calissa, rolling her eyes fondly. With a pout and a huff, the younger girl stands to the side as her sister turns around with a small smile.
"How'd you know it was me?"
"Because I'm the big sister. I know everything."
Rolling her eyes Yazmin replies, "You looked in your mirror, didn't you? Have you met the VK's yet? I heard that you were there when they arrived."
"..I'm not giving away my secrets. And sort of. I've only been introduced to one of them. But the one I met seems nice. Her name's Evie."
Yazmin's eyes lit up at the name. "That's such a pretty name! You have to introduce me."
Calissa rolls her eyes again and says, "I don't have to do anything," Her brows furrow at a sudden realization, "Shouldn't you be at cheer tryouts?"
