"Yes. He had the same exact yellow pattern on his butt." Dustin explained,

"He was tiny two days ago." Max pointed out,

"Well, he's molted three times already." Dustin responded,

"Malted?"

"Molted." Dustin corrected Steve, "Shed his skin to make room for growth like hornworms."

"When's he gonna molt again?" Max asked,

"It's gotta be soon. When he does, he'll be fully grown, or close to it. And so will his friends." Dustin spoke,

"Yeah, and he's gonna eat a lot more than just cats." Steve commented, Minnie hummed in agreement,

"Wait, a cat?" Lucas asked, walking up next to Dustin and stopping him, "Dart ate a cat?"

"No, what? No." Dustin shook his head,

"What are you talking about? He ate Mews." Steve cut in,

"Mews? Who's Mews?" Max asked,

"Mews is Dustin's cat." Minnie answered, eyes widening when Dustin yelled,

"Steve! Minnie!" She sighed as she watched the argument unravel. Eyes wandering when there was screeching, following Steve shortly after,

"Dios mío, this is how we die, cause we wanna act like we're livin' in a fucking horror movie!" Minnie exclaimed quietly,

"I don't see him." Dustin pointed out, Lucas then looked out of his binoculars,

"It's the lab... they were going back home."

s the group approached the building, Minnies brows furrowed as she heard a familiar voice yelling, "Hello? Who's there?" He gave them a moment to answer before repeating, "Who's there?"

Minnie smiled in relief as she saw Jonathan and Nancy as they exited the woods, "Steve?!" The two said in unison,

"Nancy?"

"What are you doing here?" Nancy asked,

"What do you think? I think the better question is where the fuck have you two been?" Minnie shrugged, "I was worried sick about you, asshole, you never skip school."

"Sorry, we were doing something important, I'll let you know next time." Jonathan sighed,

"Okay, but what are you doing here?" Steve asked,

"We're looking for Mike and Will." Nancy put it simply,

"They're not in there, are they?" Dustin asked,
