Lilly and Natalie had been walking around for at least five minutes and were currently walking down a street that was filled with average looking houses.  It seemed to Lilly like she had been walking for hours whilst Natalie smelt every flower they passed until she said eventually whilst reaching into her jacket pocket

“Natalie, here’s ten pound go buy something nice for your new room…”  Natalie grabbed the ten pound note out of Lilly’s hand and looked around eagerly before asking

“Where is there a shop?”  Lilly glanced around the neighbourhood hoping to see one but couldn’t find one and replied in a defeated voice

“I’ll get you something later, come on” Natalie’s face dropped and she reluctantly handed back the note before returning to her hyperactive-self, jumping along the road on purposely trying to annoy Lilly.

A while later Lilly noticed something was missing, she turned around and realised that it wasn’t something it was someone and called at the top of her voice

“Natalie?!”  She was relieved when her sister voice gently rolled into her ear

“What?”  Lilly swung around to see Natalie looking up at the sky and continued in a desperate voice

“Where were you?  I was starting to get scared.”  Natalie continued to glare a the sky until she said in a puzzled voice

“Is the sky supposed to be that colour around here?”  Lilly shook her head in disbelief when she looked up and saw a blue, green, violet, indigo, yellow, red, orange and many more brilliant colours swirling around a strangely familiar cloud formation.  She grabbed her sisters hand and ran as fast as she could away from it whilst Natalie asking while putting up resistance

“But what is it?”  Lilly overpowered her sister and answered in a rushed voice

“I’ll tell you later, if were still alive!”  When Natalie heard this she began to run away from the vortex now forming from the clouds.  Suddenly an ear-piercing roar echoed from the vortex causing the people who hadn’t saw the spiral in the clouds to run past Lilly and Natalie screaming.  Lilly dared to turn back to look at the vortex and she wasn’t surprised when she saw the rock creature that had nearly killed the boy named Earl eight years ago catapult out of the vortex followed by not a mutated vulture but a gigantic ball of fire which was followed by an even bigger creature that was completely black.  The original creature shot into the ground, moments later the fire ball hit it in the back, at this Lilly heard a very familiar scream that was now streaming from the creatures non-existent mouth.  Lilly stopped and turned to face Natalie who had tears in her eyes and said placing her hands on her sister’s soldiers

“Do you know the way back?  Natalie I need you to get back to the house, don’t worry about me I’ve seen this before.  Now go!”  Natalie took one last look at Lilly and continued to run away leaving Lilly to dodge the fleeing citizens.  Lilly watched her sister fade away into the crowd of people and turned to face the two creatures and asked blankly

“Now what?”

The black creature plummeted to the ground and smashed into the rock creature making it scream again, it had gigantic hands each hand was about the size of a house, huge green fang-like teeth, blue eyes with white pupils, a red fire-like mane flowing down it’s back, spikes sticking out from nearly every part of it’s body that made it resemble a blowfish.  Lilly took a closer look at the black creature it looked oddly familiar to her but she couldn’t remember seeing it the night she saw the previous battle.  She took a step back from the black creature that had turned its head to face her, she looked around hoping for it to be looking at someone else but was terrified when she realised she was the only person there.  Suddenly the rock creature that had been lying on the ground began to sink into it leaving a small hill that was formed in the shape it had been lying, Lilly watched in amazement as the black creature raised its hand into the sky and what appeared to be shadows form into the shape of a sword and began stabbing the newly formed sword into the ground where the rock creature had absorbed into, Lilly heard the screams of the rock creature bellow from the ground and begin to fade as the sword stabbed the ground repeatedly.  After a few seconds the hill that had formed from the rock creature smoothed back over onto a flat grassy field, Lilly looked at the dark creature that turned to face her again.  The creature’s fiery mane erupted and the bright red flames turned a bluish white colour, Lilly stood there stricken with fear as the creature formed a fireball in its huge hands and launched it at her, Lilly tried to turn away but when she tried to move a dark red line formed around her preventing escape.  Lilly closed her eyes and waited to be hit with the impact of the fireball but heard something else, something that sounded like running water.  Lilly opened her eyes just in time to see water burst out from the ground in front of her coating the fireball and extinguished it.  The creature roared and began charging toward Lilly who had no choice but to stand there, the water that had extinguished the fireball spiralled from the ground and formed a twister of water around the creature that was desperately trying to get out.  Lilly felt the invisible grip on her disappear and glared at the struggling creature with awe.
