Lucy Heartfilia
I stared at the window as the train rushed to the Heartfilia Estate stop. As much as I wanted to rest, it became a habit for me to stay awake.
Nashi was undoubtedly Natsu's daughter, she was restless and nauseous on any sort of transportation. To put it simply, she was motion sick.
As well as Gajeel's twins. So those three were passed out and rode uncomfortably.
As for the rest of the little kids, they were sitting peacefully waiting to arrive, while also taking care of the dragon slayer descents.
"Lucy, you seem tired, I can take care of Nashi for you."
I looked up to the person sitting across of me and smiled. It was Gray, Erza, and Happy.
They tagged along, because just like their kids, they appreciated the free and endless amount of booze and cakes offered.
They also took a liking to James and Michelle, quickly being close enough to stop by whenever they wanted to. Without me.
"Thanks Erza," I muttered, stroking the hair of my precious daughter. The same way I used to for her father... "But I got it."
She hummed, and stared at the window the same as me. "This reminds me of old times. Us going on missions."
I frowned at the nostalgia. I really didn't feel comfortable reminiscing without the person who started this all. "Don't worry Lucy, we'll find him. After all, that's why we're here."
I rose a brow in confusion, "I thought you were here for the strawberry shortcake the chefs make?"
"That too." She smiled composed. "Mirajane told us that you still looked for Natsu in secret. Six eyes are always better than one."

It didn't take long for us to reach the Heartfilia Estate stop, and our large bunch all shuffled out quickly to meet one of the butlers James had sent to make the trip easier for us and help us with luggage and transportation. And once we arrived at the mansion, we were greeted to the beautiful loving couple at the doors, with open arms to the kids rushing to hug them.
"Oh gosh, how big you all have gotten!" James exclaimed as he was tackled by the mini wizards.
As I ignored James who was too busy occupied with the kids, us adults walked towards Michelle, who looked deathly. Maybe because it was her third trimester. "Dear Mavis, you look exhausted!" I smiled teasingly, giving Michelle a big hug. "How much longer till you pop?"
Michelle flushed red showing off her cute embarrassed face and rolled her eyes, "well, my due date waas about... a week ago, so.."
My eyes widen, "Oh, he's a stubborn one, isn't he?" I chuckled, heading inside taking Michelle's hands and sitting her down on the couch so she could rest her feet.
"Not even born yet and he's giving mommy a hard time." she mumbled frustratingly and I smiled. Our small harmless chat didn't last long until Michelle turned to look at me with serious and intent eyes. "Haven't found him yet, have you?"
I pressed my lips into a line and shook my head defeatedly, "I thought the moment Nashi could walk, i'd find him in a few months. It's been... three years and no sign."
Michelle and I would occasionally write letters to each other. Mostly about pregnancy tips or venting about how annoying James was, and I'd even slip in for any tips about any commotions on her side of town. But to no luck, there wasn't.
I even had James ask his business companions on his weekly trips for help.
I felt a small hand place theirs on mine and a tight squeeze of comfort. "You'll find him Lucy. You two are connected, just listen to your gut and luck will be on your side. I mean, we do call you 'Lucky Lucy Heartfilia', right."
