Natsu Dragneel

And in a flash, the moment before Lucy and her group made their way around the tree, Zeref transported the three of us inside a building. A large building. A castle.

I felt a rumble in my stomach, my mouth begin to lightly water, a major headache, and even swallowing a minor hurl in the back of my throat. "W-what the hell did you do to me?" I slapped my hands across my mouth trying to keep my lunch in my tummy.

"Hmm, I didn't realize your motion sickness would kick in during my teleportation magic." Zeref answered nonchalantly, not giving a damn about the new yet familiar feeling rising in my guts.

"Where-- where the hell are we?" I stammered, clearly out of breath. Usually, there would be many events where I had a slight connection too, in regards of my missing memories. But this time, I had no recollection to this area at all.

"My empire."

I glared, "and why the hell did you bring me here?"

Zeref shrugged, giving me a calm smile, yet I could feel his menacing aura behind his evil grin that it still sent me shivers down my spine. "To familiarize yourself. No matter, you'll still be joining me either way, brother."

I scoffed at his cockiness, "I haven't, nor will I ever, agree to join you, you psychotic bastard."

Zeref hummed, keeping eye contact with me during this entire conversation. Out of the many opponents I faced, this one was a challenge. Even though we hadn't fought yet, something in my mind knew that I wouldn't be able to face him head on.

Not unless I was crazy.

Crazier than I already am.

"How about we take a road down to memory lane, Natsu Dragneel."

I gritted my teeth, "you had my memories this entire time?!"

He shook his head, "due to some... 'traumatic' events, your loss of memories were all you're doing." I snarled, hearing his sarcasm on the word 'traumatic'. "But don't you wonder how you ended up this way? Why you ended up this way?"

Zeref asked and my eyes widened.

Maybe Zeref and I had some sort of connection to each other, seeing as how he hit the nail on everything. But nevertheless, he was right. I craved answers, and if I didn't have them soon, I was probably gonna go insane.

"Tell me, do you remember anything about the other two that was with Heartfilia?" Zeref asked me, hinting at his curiosity on whether I knew them or not.

I didn't.

But their names ring some sort of bell, just not enough for me to really know them enough to remember. Not like when I first seen Lucy.

For some reason, I knew it was her from the start.

I mean, she was the only thing on my mind when I was roaming this earth for years.

"I'll take your silence as a no." he smirked.

I growled, getting very impatient. He said he'd give me an explanation, yet he's stalling with more questions he knows I can't answer. Not to mention his sadistic smirk shows how much he's toying with me. "Stop fucking with my head, you son of a bitch--"

"We have the same mother."

"I don't give a shit-- Tell me what the fuck happened to me!"I yelled at the top of my lungs, feeling a burst of angry flames exude from my body. I could feel my insides begin to boil; my fangs sharpening as my breathing became unstable, the black markings that I tried covering on my arms growing to the side of my torso, and my eyes darkening dangerously.
