A/N - HEY GUYS!! FEEDBACK WOULDBE SO NICE!!
---
Sure, Taehyung didn't expect to be mean, or annoyed at you - he was actually planning to be quite nice to you. But now... that was a little hard to do.
The moment he laid eyes on you, gossiping with Jimin in the middle of the front room, in your little pantsuit, he knew that you definitely weren't equipped to be here. You were wearing heels, for heaven's sake! Which probably cost more than his and Jimin's entire outfit combined.
And then when you turned around so he could fully see your face, well, then his sense of concern grew, but so did his frustration. But it made sense in a way, now there was an explanation as to how his boss, your father evidently, knew that he had wrecked his car. You must've given him the plate number, and he must've done his digging.
Of course, You were that type.
A daddy's girl.
He looked dead at you, and saw how you were looking at him with wide eyes. You seemed to be just as surprised to see him as he was to see you, so he guessed that you didn't know that you would be seeing him either. He would be lying if he said that you looked perfectly calm, but it was evident that you were shaking in your boots, very clearly intimidated by his presence. Huh, he liked that you felt that way.
Jimin moved forward to cut through the thick layer of awkwardness, "So, you guys already know each other, huh?"
You eyed Taehyung who spoke low and loud, "Yes, Nice to see you again by the way, Y/N. After you wrecked my car."
You failed to keep yourself from acting flustered, "Uh Yes good to see you too."
Taehyung clasped his hands together and stood up straighter, if that was even possible, "Right, Jimin, scuffle along, fix the Gardenia mess in the back please. Y/N and I have to get to work."
The shorter man chuckled in response, "Sure thing, Taehyung-ah, Don't forget we have to be at Hyung's after work." He shifted his gaze to you, "And You, my dear, I'll see at lunch."
He bowed dramatically like a prince, swaying his arms hypnotically, eliciting a slight giggle from you, which earned you a glare from Taehyung.
The dark haired man turned to you with a curt, "Follow me."
'I'm only doing this because I'm getting paid. That's it.' He told himself
He led you further into the expanse of the store, towards the greener end of the room. You didn't know if it was Taehyung, or just the strong smell of fresh greenery that was giving you a headache, but you didn't have the courage to dwell on it either.
"You can put your purse just anywhere, and go put on an apron over there near the Green Dianthus."
You set your beautiful blue purse down on the varnished bench, but you didn't really know what the hell a 'Green Diething' was so you kind of just stood there like a little gnome in a garden.
"-uh what exactly is a green dieth-"
"Oh for heaven's sake, over there in the corner by the window!" Taehyung was more than a little frustrated with you, and it was making you even more frustrated with him. What was his deal?
"Gosh, okay, no need to snap." you murmured to yourself as you put on an apron.
"Chop Chop, We don't have all day!"
He clapped his hands together annoyingly, trying to hurry you up. You scrunched your face up in distaste, gosh, did he have to be this overbearing?
"Right, so Y/N, you're going to start with clean up duty, so that means you also have to stay after we close the shop, so you can clear the store of any messes made that you may have missed. I will evaluate you at the end of every week before you can move on to the next segment of your specialized work. If you pass my evaluation, you shall progress, and if not...then let's just say an extra week of clean up duty for you!"
Clean up?!!
Dealing with dirt and soil was better than this! You were going to have to sweep and mop and oh my god why?!
You wanted to cry.
You know what, this Taehyung guy really seems to be making you cry nowadays, no? You really didn't get what all the hype was about, why did your dad like him so much? Ugh, come on! What the hell!
"Stop gaping at me like a fish, go get the mop so I can show you where you have to really focus."
Wow, you really wanted to punch him.
You scuttled along to the broom closet, slowly, pondering on whether or not you could climb out through a window anywhere.
"Hurry up will you! We have to open in 20 minutes, this place needs to be spotless before then!"
You were going to punch him for sure.

Your whole life, you had gotten what you wanted. Never were you in a position where someone said no to giving you something that you genuinely requested. That was for two main reasons:
Firstly, You only asked for sensible things,Second, Your Dad had the habit of spoiling you to unimaginable lengths,
When you would point at something, within reason obviously, at the first opening, that object would be in your possession. You didn't have to work for many things in your life, and lived a lot more comfortably than most people, but that didn't mean that you lacked decent manners, morals, and skills. You were just like any other 26 year old straight out of their Masters degree in Business Administration, still young, just a lot richer than most.
And notably not drowning in student debt.
Your grandparents had worked hard enough to create a very successful Seeds and Plants company (Literally called Seeds & Plants). Your dad had risen up to the challenge and taken over it when he got out of college, and now it was your turn.
But there were two slight problems:
Firstly, you had never had a job before, (not even in high school)Second, you didn't know a single thing about plants.
You had no idea how to tell a flowering plant from a non-flowering one, you didn't know the difference between an asexual plant and a sexual one, you didn't even know how to differentiate a tulip and a waterlily. Sure, you had learnt about botany in highschool biology, but honestly that was about it. You studied it, got an A, and moved past it. You had no interest, and more importantly no retention either
You had expressed to your dear father that you would much rather handle the administrative side of the family business rather than shove your arms elbow deep into the soil, but your dad had explained to you quite sternly that you were to have proper training in how to deal with this industry and also how to run a business.
And so here you were, clumsily mopping the floor of the very messy flower shop, while Taehyung watched over you like a freaking hawk. This was only one of the smaller, local branches, there were many, many more, not only on a national scale but also internationally.
You were yet to figure out the essence of the family business, but you're sure it was something special.
"You missed a spot." Your boss' gruff voice called out from behind you, breaking you out of your trance.
He was pointing to a place on the floor that you had scrubbed four times, and now you were sure it was an artistic choice rather than a blemish.
You forced a smile at his annoying face, "Oh my bad." before turning back to what you were doing.
When was this thing going to end again?
