The day of the party came, and Taehyung had left you at the shop earlier, apologizing, and telling you how he wished he could pick you up. He had to go early to help with the set up at the venue.

Which meant you were left alone to go home and get ready.

You had very strategically planned exactly what you were going to wear, and how you were going to do your hair and make up. You were so sure you were going to look bomb as hell.

'A little revenge' You thought to yourself, 'For leaving me all alone'.

You couldn't say that you weren't at least a little anxious about meeting his friends, but that was minute.

What you were more worried about was Jungkook and Jimin.

You weren't sure what to expect from them, and as far as you knew Jimin was still working up the courage to talk to the younger one. He was still extremely distraught over the whole ordeal though, and he wasn't exactly ready. He completely saw himself as the villain in the situation, and believed that he was the one who did everything wrong, which was not at all the case.

By 5:30, you were ready and set to leave for the party. Your car now fixed was more than capable of driving you to the location sent by your boyfriend.

Speaking of said boyfriend, you left him a couple texts before leaving,

The moment you showed up at the venue, a beautiful grand hall, your blood started to pump a little harder. You were nervous that was for sure, but more excited about what your boyfriend was going to say when he saw you.

You walked in, wearing your blood red floor length silk dress, and all eyes were on you. Now you like attention, but not too much. And it was a little uncomfortable.

But when Taehyung's eyes fell on you, from where he was sitting by the bar, they flew wide open. You were beautiful, there was no doubt about that. But in that moment he felt speechless and in awe of your beauty. The deep red lipstick painted on your lips was basically begging for Taehyung to kiss it off. The dress hugged your curves in all the right places, and Taehyung felt his heart beat ten times faster as you made your way towards him.

He felt like a man on life support when you smiled at him from afar, gliding across the dance floor to make your way to him. Your arms stretched out towards him, and he moved to take you into his embrace. To hold you tight, to see your beauty up close.

He felt his breath hitch when you placed your hand on his shoulder and another hand on his chest, leaning up to ever so softly brush your lips against his in greeting.

The simple gesture of affection had him veering off the lanes.

"Hey, Angel." He breathed out, eyes never leaving you for even a second.
