Chloe stood on the OR. She felt sick. George was gone. Chloe looked to the body on the OR table and paled

"Does anyone know if he's a donor" Owen asked as Callie started to hyperventilate. Chloe walked over to where her sister and pulled off her mask and looked to her

"It's okay breathe" Chloe said as the door to the OR opened as Bailey and Webber walked on. They looked around and looked to George who was no longer George anymore

"His ICP went through the roof. We did everything. Everything" Derek said

"Chief, his organs are viable for now, but it won't be long until he's acidotic and hypothermic. Is he a donor?" Owen asked

"Um... I don't know. I called his mother. She's on her way. Let's close him up and get him to the ICU in case she wants to see him" Webber said As the whole OR was silence. No one said a word. Chloe knew that she wanted to cry

She wanted to find mark and sort out their issues but all she felt was numb

Chloe stood outside of izzie hospital room "You can't tell her" Alex said as she stood with Cristina and Meredith

"Alex" Chloe said

"She coded in my arms. Out of nowhere, she died Just... I'll tell her. I'll tell her when she gets stronger" Alex said

"Alex" izzie croaked from the bed

"You OK?" Alex asked

"I had... a dream. He was in his uniform. What? George is gonna die in the Army if we don't stop him. Hand me my phone. I need my phone" izzie said as Alex looked to her to the three of them who stood standing there

"He wrote in my hand" Meredith said as they all stood out of the icu. Lexie was certain that joe doe wasn't George

"What do you mean he wrote? What did he do?" Everyone asked

"He grabbed my hand and squeezed it and he wrote with his finger." Meredith said

"Wrote with his finger?" Derek asked

"In my hand, he wrote "Double O Seven." Meredith said as Bailey grabbed her hand

"Well, give... OK, what'd I write?" She asked as Meredith frowned

"Joe."

"No! No, I did not write "Joe"! Are you serious?" Bailey space

"You mean this may not be O'Malley?" Webber said

"This is funny" Chloe heard mark say causing her to elbow him in the ribs

"Did anyone try and call O'Malley? Can we get him on the phone?" Webber asked

"I'm telling you, he squeezed my hand" Meredith said as everyone grabbed their phone
