𝟯𝟮. 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 {𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲}

Chloe walked into the hospital. Belle walked over to her as she had arrived before Chloe to spend some time with Derek with Aurora . "Hey. We have sensitivity training. Courtesy of your derek," she said.

"You mean your boyfriend" Chloe said as belle rolled her eyes

"Boyfriend, baby daddy, chief of surgery whatever you want to call him. How long until you and mark have one" Belle asked as Chloe rolled her eyes at her

"Don't you start. He's desperate for one and I...I'm not ready yet" Chloe said as Belle smiled

"Least you'll know"

"What unlike your surprise baby" Chloe asked as Belle rolled her eyes at her

"Why do we need sensitivity training. I'm the support girlfriend to my boyfriend's pregnant teenager daughter and the fact he wanted to raise his grandson" Chloe said as Belle chuckled

Chloe smiled as she saw mark as he walked over to her and smiled

"How's Sloan? Did you speak with her?" Chloe asked as mark placed a hand on the bottom of her back and smiled

"She's back with her mom" he said as Chloe nodded

"And you're okay?" Chloe asked. She knew that he hadn't had things easy

"I'm okay I'm strong besides I have you" he said as he leant in and kissed her

"Well I'm glad. I have to go I'll see you later" she said as he nodded

Chloe yawned as she sat in the lab for the sensitivity training. She was bored and tired. "When is this torture going to end?" She mumbled as she looked to Belle.

"I have a new born I need sleep" Belle said

Bailey turned to them. "Huh, reaction, observation, communication, any questions so far?"

Everyone but Chloe all raised their hands. She wanted to be anywhere but there.

"We are doing this because chief Shepherd suggests we brush up on our patient sensitivity skills, that's why. And it just so happens, this morning was a very good time; besides, half of you were raised by wolves."

Chloe raised her eyebrows and smiled. "If we're being technical, I was raised by Hispanic parents. But if you say so," she said.

Bailey glared at Chloe. "You're not funny little torress. Keep your face impassive. Whether prompted by a patient's appearance or lab results, facial expressions of surprise, concern, disgust, and etcetera can be counterproductive." Uh, la la la la la ... Jokes. Don't make jokes about patients, not in front of them, not even in private," she told them.

Cristina raised her hand. Chloe turned to her. She rolled her eyes. "She did not just little Torres me," she said.

"She did" Belle sniggered

"Yang?"

"What if the joke is really funny?" Cristina asked, looking to the resident.
