Chloe looked to a panicked Belle who stood pacing in front of her "what are you planning to do run off with your daughter. Your stressed and she can tell" Chloe said

"Don't tell me that you wouldn't do this for nova" Belle said as Chloe looked to her

"Okay this isn't about me and you know it. I'd do anything for my daughter as you would but have you got a plan or are you just going to run off with her and what about Derek?" Chloe asked as Belle looked to her and sighed

"I don't know what to do Chloe. She's my baby and I'm scared. I don't want too lose her" Belle said as Chloe took Rory from her as Belle fell to the floor as she started to cry.

Chloe looked to her and felt her heart break as she looked to her best friend

"Look I don't know what we are going to do but running off with your baby it's not going to help okay" Chloe said as belle nodded

Derek stood in surgery

Arizona and Derek are operating as Derek's pager keeps going off. A nurse comes in.

"You see that? " derek said

"I wish I did. I can't see anything. " Arizona said

"Hold the nerve root retractor. "

"It's yours again, Dr. Shepherd. "

"Why is my pager going off every 30 seconds? " derek asked

"Gloria's checking on it. " Arizona said

"His S.S.E.P. s are coming back up. There's still a lot of epidural bleeding. "

"Dr. Shepherd, when you have a second. "

"Does it look like I have a second? What the hell is the problem? " derek asked

"They said it's something about your baby."

"Damn it Belle where the hell are you. I know what you have done and how you have took Rory. I know why you did it but the social worker is looking for you both of you. Just ring me back I need to know that your okay that both of you are" Derek said
