Suddenly, the next thing I knew, Hoyt had pulled my arm almost out of its socket as he hauled me into the living room's couch. I let out a soft groan as I roughly fell back. Hair fell onto my face as I did, eventually sitting up, I kept my gaze away from them. I still haven't seen Thomas and didn't plan on it at the moment. I was too scared to see the face of a guy so tall and huge compared to myself. It'll be like staring at some fictional monster. Even then, I still flickered my eyes over once, catching sight of only his black mask. Still, I didn't focus long enough to know anything else. I didn't want to know anything more. All was fine until Hoyt came closer, his fingers running through the hair in my face.
"Say, why don't we play a little game I like to call cat and mouse?" Hoyt asked, smirking lightly. I looked away and felt like dying at that very moment. "You'll go out and Tommy and I will give you a head start before we catch ya and claw you like a kitty would" He roughly grabbed my jaw, forcing me to look at him. "Say you'll agree and we'll try to make our mouse trap a little less...intimidating" He added, narrowing his eyes onto mine. Quickly though, I sucked in a breath and just nodded. If I had the opportunity to run and maybe even get away, I'll take it. I wasn't one to give up on life and I don't plan on doing so without fighting first. The least I can do for myself is to try. Though, I knew if I was met face to face with either of them, I wouldn't probably make it. Mainly because of Thomas. As for the running bit of my plan, I knew I wouldn't be able to go too far. My injuries so far proved that I wasnt quick enough. "Perfect...five seconds darlin'..one-" he started, causing me to skid up and across the room in a millisecond. Quickly I jumped and tried my best to ignore the excruciating pain I was now experiencing. The adrenaline was the only thing helping me at the moment as I ran and just ran away and as far as possible. I felt my stomach wound call out for me to stop with the running. The stitches starting to pull at the edges. I was healing rather great but with all of this exercise, I'd have to rethink that statement. At some point, I almost lost my footing at the sound of a distant chainsaw. Of all things, maybe getting killed with a Chainsaw was a cool way to go. Yet, I didn't want to. I didn't want that at all. I just thought it'd be the only acceptable way of getting murdered. Then again, chainsaws can be faulty. I can try to just move before he decides to use it on me. I didn't know what I was thinking anymore and knew my mind was just rambling nonsensical senarios now. "You can't run too far!" Hoyt taunted, clearly closer to me than I had thought a second ago. If I couldn't run, then I could a least try to hide. With that thought, I decided to opt to hide behind a tree. The bark behind me scraped my arm as I pushed myself against it. The tingling sensation of a spider crawling up my arm hit me as I stayed put in my position. My other hand quickly flicked away the bug before I glued myself against the tree again. After this though, I felt tingling sensations all over myself. Knowing deep down it was just paranoia now. It didn't stop me from completely freaking out and repeatedly rubbing my arms to make sure nothing else was crawling on me. At this point, I wished I had some type of power that could help me melt into the tree. Something to just hide me away completely. Though, the thoughts didn't stop me from hearing the nearing sound of leaves and twigs crunching underneath someone's boots. The tingling feeling that I thought wouldn't leave me, disappeared at the sudden fear that road deep into my soul. The Chainsaw stopped earlier so I couldn't determine as to who it might be now. Even then, I didn't want it to be Thomas. Hoyt, I can possibly try to fight off. Yet with that tall thing that grabbed me earlier, there was no way-My thoughts were interrupted at the sound of that exact same Chainsaw right behind the large tree stump I hid on. I let out a quiet gasp before I took off running again. The man spotted me quick enough to start chasing after me. I didn't bother turning at any given chance. If I turned to look at whatever the fuck was chasing me, I'd probably lose footing and trip. Even then, I knew exactly who was chasng me now. His heavy footsteps were different to Hoyts light ones. Funny the things you tend to focus on when your life is on the line. Despite having the feeling that I had lost the person chasing me, my heart stopped the moment I felt a strong hand on my arm, pulling me against their chest. My eyes widened at the feeling of the tall figure behind me. My head turning up to look at him. His brown eyes full of what seemed to be annoyance rather than anger. I stared for a brief moment, my life basically flashing before my eyes when he held up the running Chainsaw in his other hand. His curly black hair, bounced a bit as he lifted up his chainsaw. One swift movement, and he'd have me split in half. Though, it never happened.
