TW: Meantions of self-harm

"Let go of me-!" Y/n was struggling to get free of Bakugo's grip.

"TELL ME WHY YOU HAVE A SCAR ON YOUR ARM! PLEASE!" Bakugo was no longer yelling in anger. He was actually worried about Y/n.

"Bakugo? Are you okay?"

"OF COURSE I'M FINE, DUMBASS!"

Bakugo could tell Y/n was uncomfortable and decided to finally let them go.

"...Sorry, L/n," he apologized, "I shouldn't have done that."

Shit, I scared them, he thought, I shouldn't have pushed so hard.

Racked with guilt, Bakugo tilted his head down and walked away. He felt awful about what happened. At first he was angry at Y/n for copying his quirk, but he ended up being worried.

I'll try to be nicer to them. I don't want to repeat past mistakes...

Y/n stood up when Bakugo rounded the corner and left their sight. They sighed out of relief and started to walk home.

Damn it. I should cover the scar up. I don't want to be sent to another therapist. And what would happen if word got out?

After a few minutes of walking in silence, they arrived home. Pleasant smells wafted from the open window in the kitchen.

I wonder what Dad cooked up tonight. It smells good. Maybe it's chicken and rice.

Y/n walked in and took off their shoes. They went upstairs to their room and jumped onto the bed.

"Ugh. Today was so stressful..."

Y/n relaxed for a few minutes before the were called down to dinner.

"Y/n! It's time for dinner!"

"Yeah, yeah, I'm coming," they grumbled.

Just when I started to relax.

"Y/n!!"

"Oh, shut up Akio!"
