Carla's POV
Now that Izuku is asleep, me and Hisashi contacted our private investigator to investigate Izuku's whereabouts.
"Sir, here is the documents you asked for" John, our investigator said.
"You've done well John, you may leave" Hisashi then gave me the documents.
"Hmm, So its Izuku's Birthday today... Poor boy, this shouldn't happen to him on his special day..." This shouldn't happen to someone.. especially on his birthday.
"We should give him a small celebration on his ward dear, we can't take him out yet cause he is still recovering".
"You are right dear, now let's go and get ready for the celebration" It is settled, we are gonna surprise izuku with sa small party on his hospital room.
Im getting excited!!

3rd person POV
Izuku woke up from his nap and found that Carla and hisashi are not beside him ' where are they , ah they must be at there home now ' (is thinking) .
he look at the night table besides his bed and found a calendar he saw what date is today and suddenly remember today is his bday
[ I know today is not izukus birthday but just for the plot I'll write that today is his bday ( July 15,2010) is his bday] - author
His sight become blurry because of the tears that no one actually remember his bday then suddenly the door open revealing Carla and hisashi holding a bday cake?
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY IZUKU!"
Izuku suddenly burst into tears not because of him being sad but because he finally found someone who remember his bday
He ran to hisashi and Carla and gave them a big hug with a snott running down to his nose and saying "thank you "multiple times.
"Aww why are you crying boy"- hisashi
Said while rubbing circle on izukus back
"It's just that no one actually remember my birthday last year *sniffle* and I thought it was the same thus year ,*sniffle*but it's not thank u so much for this"- izuku
"Awww ,it's alright dear and your welcome hmm now let's celebrate your birthday shall we "- Carla
"Mmm thank u again " - izuku
The day end with the three of them celebrating izukus birthday
