Feeling the wind waft through his raven locks was enough to drive Scaramouche mad as he sailed through Liyue's waters. He was so close to her, yet so, so very far.
His stomach ached with longing and excitement, an unnecessary adrenaline pumping through his veins for the last few hours. He saw no rest, his mind filled with scenarios and mishaps.
Scaramouche couldn't wait to see Y/n again.
He wasn't entirely sure how he would go about meeting her but had already been practicing a speech in his head for when their inevitable meeting would occur.
He'd already gotten past the guilt he'd felt the day he'd said those things, but he wasn't sure if his guilt would remain dormant when he was to see her again.
This may have been the first time he's ever wanted to apologize to someone- no- it was the first time he'd ever wanted to apologize to someone. Someone who he knew deserved it.
Scaramouche sighed, running a hand through his windblown locks with frustration.
It was out of character for him to feel so- human. And that was something Scaramouche hated with all of his being.
But no matter, he wouldn't feel this way forever, and he knew that. All he needed to do was find her and bring her back to his side.
Though, this time, he would make sure she never has the chance to leave again.

Childe blew a strand of hair from his bored eyes, watching his target of interest sneak toward the supermarket with an immense amount of caution.
Childe had been unraveling with frustration over the last few weeks.
He had absolutely no clue how he would introduce himself into her life again, nor did he know the timing of when he should do so. All he knew, was his patience was running thin and he would have to figure something out fast if he didn't want to feel this way any longer.
Fortunately for him, luck always seemed to be on his side.

"Hey there, I need three fish, seven potatoes, and" I drew out the 'and' as my eyes scrolled through the grocery list in hand, "four tomatoes, please." I smiled genuinely, shoving the crumpled paper into my pocket.
My wounds had been healing up quite nicely and I was now able to take a more active part in everyday life, similar to how I had not too long ago.
Thoma, of course, had been a huge help and I truly think we ended up growing even closer to each other throughout this whole predicament. He taught me to be able to rely on others, and to be able to better care for myself when necessary.
Ms. Ayato had popped in here and there at the tea shop, but more so resided at her own estate- something about family matters to attend to. Which was completely fine. Thoma and I had the shop covered well enough without her help, and she'd done more than enough for me in the past. I didn't expect her to stay throughout my full recovery in the same sense that I didn't expect Thoma to care for me in my disheveled state.
Everything had been coming together quite nicely, and my life was returning back to normal a lot quicker than I had expected it to.
Only thing was, I'd had the most intense amount of paranoia following me around for the last few weeks. I knew nothing was there, truly, but I just couldn't shake the feeling of being followed, like each and every one of my footsteps was being watched.
