A small 14-year-old girl sat curled up on the kitchen chair that belongs to the Kent house arguing with a seemingly very patient Dr Frye.

"Just let me see her it's not that hard to open the door to her bedroom to just let me say goodbye!" She nearly screamed at the doctor trying to get to at least say goodbye to the person who has raised her for the past five years as tears threaten to leak from her eyes yet again, but the only response she got back was "You know I can't allow that until I talk with Clark I'm going to give him a call now, Clark is a great son Abigail, he is Martha's son I can't do anything without his permission"

"Great son my ass"

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Hey, mom. Sorry. This morning's just been" the muffles voice of Clark Kent is abruptly cut off by Dr Frye, "I'm so sorry Clark but this isn't your mother"

"Dr Frye?"

"Clark I'm so sorry...... it's Martha"

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"He's not even here I dot get why I can't see her I don't want Martha to be alone just le-" the sound of the front door slamming against the wall is what makes Abigail stop talking and slump in her chair as the tears once again start to fall.

Dr Frye instantly moves so she is in view of the hallway where she spots a heavy breathing Clark looking at her almost as if begging her. "Clark, how did you?......The stroke it..."

All Abigail could the was the heavy breathing of a man now that Dr Frye has stopped talking but she couldn't bare to hear the words that were going to come out of her mouth next, they made her sick to the stomach.

Jumping straight up off the wooden chair jumping over a handbag on the floor the barges past a devastated looking Clark Kent and straight out of the front door with her hand over her mouth to stop the sobs from escaping.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Tears flood out of her eyes like a waterfall to the beautiful words being spoken trying to keep her composure as she stood with her family, her mother and 9-year-old sister who were weeping like they actually knew her.

"Faithful God, Lord of all creation. The desire that nothing redeemed by your son will ever be lost as we return the ashes of out sister to the earth to live with you and all your children forever and ever. Amen"

Abigail stands at the back waiting for the Kent family to finish saying their official goodbyes, watching Clark throw a white rose onto the casket, wanting her and Martha to have some alone time.

She couldn't do it. Abigail sat with Martha's casket when everybody else had left crying and staring into the distance. "I love and will always love you and your protective ways Martha Kent" with a gentle kiss to the top of the casket Abigail walks away to join the rest of the guests and her family.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------

Abigail is comfortably sat at the base of a tree facing the house and a bunch of guests with her head between her knees trying to gather her jumbled up thoughts not noticing one of the Kent twins sat at the table next to her or the other approaching until they start talking.

"What's that?", the boy with dark curly hair asked his brother after he placed a plate down Infront of him.

"It's one o'clock, don't you need to take your pill or something?", the white shirt dude replied.

Now Abigail might be a bit of a bitch to people she doesn't know but that doesn't mean she will purposely invade their privacy, and this seems like a very private conversation.

"What are you? Mom?"

"Someone's got to watch out for you."

At this point Abigail started to stand up deciding she has had enough of trying not to listen to there conversation and just decided to move, but this sis Abigail were talking about she won't leave without announcing her presence obviously. "This seems like a lovely heart-warming brother moment so I'm just going to leave", with that she just walked off leaving the Kent twins to wonder when she got there, how they didn't notice and who she was.

That was until they got distracted by Sarah Cushing the girl who hated Abigail more than anything for a reason, she wasn't even aware of. Abigail has grown to dislike Sarah purely due to the reason she I always horrible and rude to her and maybe partially because she thinks Sarah is full of herself.

"Well as a member of the FFA, I think I can keep you guys safe"

"So full of herself", obviously Abigail had to put in her two cents causing Sarah to spin around and stare her down.

"Excuse me?", Sarah asked in an agitated tone already knowing where Abigail was going with this.

"Your just saying FFA to try and make yourself look cool because you know these two", she nodded her head to the twins who were watching them argue a little uncomfortably "have no idea what your talking about, being apart of 'Future Farmers of America' isn't anything that special", and for the second time that day she walked away, but this time clutching onto the necklace that Martha gave her on her tenth birthday having no idea how special the necklace is or will be in the near future.
