31. Surprise

Valentina wrapped her arms around Juliana, her head still spinning from her first shared orgasm. Their first time, if she could call it that, had gone a little differently than Valentina imagined. They hadn't removed any of their clothing, so could she even call it sex?

Slipping under her t-shirt, she ran her fingers along Juliana's spine, up between her shoulder blades. "Juls? Are you okay?" Juliana murmured something unintelligible as she nuzzled against her neck. "Juls?" Valentina giggled, "Can you repeat that, but maybe in a language I can understand?"

Juliana murmured something else as she placed a kiss on Valentina's neck. "I said, you smell really good and I don't want to move!"

"That's okay, you can stay there." She tightened her arms around her, placing a kiss on Juliana's forehead while enjoying their closeness. Valentina didn't want to push, she wanted to give Juliana time to collect her thoughts but she desperately wanted to know what was going on in her head. "How do you feel?" she whispered.

After a brief pause, Juliana timidly looked up, her big brown eyes searching Valentina's. "I don't know. How do you feel?"

"I asked you first!" Valentina replied, a slow smile spreading across her face as Juliana rolled her eyes. "I think we both enjoyed it, right?"

Juliana nodded. "Yeah, I think we did!" She bit her lip nervously as she looked at Valentina. "Val... I've never... that was my first..."

Valentina's eyes widened. "You never... tried by yourself?"

Juliana blushed as she shook her head. "No. And I didn't know that could happen without removing our clothes!"

Valentina smiled as she cradled Juliana's face. "That was a first for me too! Although, I hear it's even better without the clothes!" she grinned, her thumb stroking Juliana's cheek. She could sense her discomfort, but she needed Juliana to talk to her. "Are you okay with everything we just did?" Her gaze searched Juliana's face, hoping for a positive response.

Juliana slowly nodded, a shy smile lifting the corners of her mouth. "Yeah, I'm sorry I broke the 'on top of the clothes' rule," she smiled sheepishly.

"No, you're not!" Valentina laughed. "And just so you know, neither am I!" She gently tucked Juliana's hair behind her ear. "Do you think... we could try it again?"

Juliana licked her lips, her gaze dropping to Valentina's mouth. "Now?" she croaked.

"No, not right now..." Valentina smiled, "unless you want to?" she teased, her eyebrow arching playfully. Juliana's eyes widened as her mouth opened, clearly at a loss for words. "I'm teasing... well... kind of!" she grinned, poking Juliana's side. Juliana quickly grabbed hold of her hand, linking their fingers. "I guess... I'm just curious... whether you'd like to try it again. We don't need to rush, not until you're ready," she added quickly.

Juliana's cheeks reddened as she slowly nodded. "I do, but still have no idea what I'm doing!"

Valentina sighed in relief, her body relaxing into the mattress. "We're going to learn how to do this together, Juls. And if what just happened is any indication, I think we'll be okay!" She caressed Juliana's cheek as she gazed into her eyes. "But you have to promise me something... we have to talk to each other. I need to know if you like or don't like something and I promise to do the same."

"Okay."

Valentina smiled as she moved forward, her nose brushed Juliana's, her lips hovering just out of reach. "So, tell me, which parts did you like the best?"

"VAALLL!!" Juliana whined, closing her eyes, and flopping back onto the bed while covering her face with her hands. "Are you trying to embarrass me?"

Valentina laughed as she followed her, gently coaxing her hands away. "You have to talk to me, Juls. I need to know how you feel about what we just did. What you liked or didn't like." Juliana struggled to talk about her feelings, but she had promised to try harder.
