"Reina!" I heard as Mirabel fell down at the Sandy Hill. I rushed to her side and helped her up.

"What are you doing here?" She dusted the sand off herself. "Okay let me give it to you straight. The house was cracking last night. The candle was flickering. The magic is breaking." I shook my head. "That's impossible."

"Luisa overheard that Bruno left because he had a vision. It had to have been something really horrible for him to leave. I think you may know something about this. You were his girlfriend in the past."

"Come with me." I took her hand and brought her all the way up to the tower. "I knew there would come a day where I would tell you. One day, I was in his Tower and I found the remains of this." I showed her the broken pieces I put together. It was of her behind her Casita one side the Casita was broken the other side it was fixed. "But I don't know what it means."

Mirabel looked at me in fear. "Am I going to destroy the Casita?" I shook my head. "No! I refuse to believe that. You love this family more than anyone Mira. Before I saw this, I thought he left because he didn't love me anymore. Now I know he destroyed this vision and disappeared to protect you."

"From what?" I sighed and put my hand on her shoulder. "From being just like him. An outsider. The black sheep in the family. But Alejandro's told me you already feel like that. And as much as I defend you, you still feel like he did."

She nodded sadly and took my hand. "Let's take this to my room." Once we got out, she started to ask me about him. "Mira. I don't know if I can describe him without crying. Bruno was my king and I his Queen."

When we open the door to the nursery, Peppa was already inside taking the last of Antonio's things. A thundering Cloud appeared above her head as she turned to me with a glare. "Reina, did I just hear the name we do not speak?" I glared back at her. "I can say his name all I want."

"Tiá Peppa, if Bruno had a vision about someone, what would it mean?" Mira asked. "We don't talk about Bruno!" Pepa hissed. I had had enough of this. "If you won't talk about it then I will." I said.

"Don't you dare-!" I got up in her face. "What are you going to do? Blow me away? I will not allow you to hide the truth about mi amore!" I could clearly see the lightning in her eyes. "Reina, We need to get ready for the Guzmans! We don't have time to hear about your pathetic break up story." That is when the flames started up in my eyes. I couldn't control myself in the moment. I slapped Peppa across the face. The force had sent her plummeting to the ground. Before she could react, I unleashed a fiery wall so I could finally reveal the truth to Mirabel.

"Let me tell you about Bruno. He was my best friend. We didn't do anything without each other. Once he got his gift, he was scrutinized. People made rumors and gossiped about him left and right. He did what his mother told him. To help the Encanto. They didn't want to listen to his prophecies. They thought he brought them bad futures. That was a lie. He spoke nothing but the truth. And sometimes the truth can be ugly. The villagers retreated from those ugly truths and only wanted beautiful lies."

I lowered the wall then stared at Peppa who was looking at me horrified. "It was her wedding day and she was a nervous wreck. He made one small joke and she completely panics and blames him for her unstable emotions! I wanted to hurt her that day but Bruno stepped in and he was burned in the process. I hated myself all these years for hurting him. He was the love of my life. When my mama died, the Encanto blamed him! The Encanto turned him into the scapegoat! They all owe him an apology!"

Before I was about to burn down the whole nursery, Mariana came in and doused me with her water. "Reina, what is going on? The Guzmans are on their way." I glared at her. "Why do you care? You don't even want Mariano to marry Isabella! Why can't you tell her how you really feel!?" I pushed her out of my way and went straight to Bruno's room.

The three women had gone the dinner table. Peppa didn't mention my outburst to anyone. Fearing something worse would come from me. Things were going fine until the broken Vision was discovered then everything went to hell everyone was starting to see the cracks in the Casita. Everyone blamed Mirabel once again.

She was lost for words until she saw a small rat picking up a piece of the broken vision and bringing it the man that had seen it. Once they were finally face to face she had told her everything about him disappearing about the broken vision and with a little bit of persuasion he was going to use his gift once again.
