"What the hell were you actually thinking, Levi?!" The commander growled as he stormed after the two cadets with a certain raven black haired Corporal following him as soon as he had left the festivities. "Do you want to scare the new recruits by telling her not to hold back?!" The blonde man growled in annoyance as he threw the short man a deadly glare.

"I just simply thought that the shitty bastard needs a good beating." the short man simply replied, completely unfazed, as he continued to follow the commander towards the courtyard, his eyes wandering from time to time, in search of the young lass who has the same set of raven black hair as he does. A young lass whom he had the liberty of calling his sister. "Besides..." He paused as soon as he had laid his eyes on the young lass whom he was looking for. "It's about time she showed those shitty bastards just exactly what she is really capable of and that she doesn't need some half assed bastard to protect her like she's some fragile princess." He finished with a low, almost inaudible, growl as he eyed a certain light ash-brown haired cadet that was a standing a good distance away from his sister with a lovestruck look on his horse-like face.

"This coming from the overprotective man she calls her brother who opposed on sending her to the training grounds as a refresher course three years ago and would rather have her stay locked up in HQ the rest of her life just to keep her out of harms way." The commander said with a low chuckle, earning him the same deadly glare that he gave the Corporal himself, before they both stopped in front of the courtyard where both cadets stood, face to face, ready to commence with their sparring session.

"She means the whole world to me, Erwin. And nothing and I mean nothing, man or Titan, will ever take her away from me if I can help it." Levi said as he continued to glare at the honey colored eye cadet with his steel-like grey orbs. "Not even those filthy bastards that she chose for her squad whom you approved of." He added with a faint sound of acid in his voice and a slightly noticeable distasteful look etched on his usually stoic face as a surprisingly huge crowd began to gather around them in order to spectate the fight.

"She's not a child anymore, Levi." Erwin sighed as he continued to look at the pale skinned young maiden in front of them. "She needs to make her own choices-"

"The last time she did that she almost got herself killed." Levi said cutting the commander off. "I'm not taking a chance at losing her again." he muttered in a low voice as he shifted his gaze towards his sister.

"She was alone back then." The commander said in an equally low voice as he recalled a younger version of the girl in front of them clad in the uniform and was often found napping at the branches of one of the trees that surround the old HQ, alone in the shadows. "But now I'm guessing she had made a few friends that will guard her back." He added with a hopeful tone.

"I hope your right. And if ever one of those shitty bastards that you had approved of ever hurt even a single strand of her hair. I swear I'll return the pain tenfold with or without your consent." Levi said in a cold whisper so that only the commander would be able to hear while he settled his sights on a certain tall young man with tan skin that had made his way towards the front row, eyeing his little sister with worry etched deeply in his emerald green orbs. "I just hope that what you say is true and that those shitty bastards in her squad would be able to keep up with her and are able to back her up when the situation calls for it."

"I'm sure they'll be able to do that. After all, she was the one who chose them herself." Erwin said as he reassured the short man and himself at the same time. "Besides, she's already at that age." he added in a less enthusiastic tone making the man next to him grumble.

'A squad full of shitty men. Not to mention two of those bastards seem to have taken a liking to her. What the hell is that brat thinking?' the Lance Corporal thought while he stared at his sister. 'Just what exactly are you planning you you troublesome brat?' he pondered as his eyes shifted from Jean and Bertholdt. 'Tch... troublesome brat bringing in troublesome men.'
