VI. Checking up

Liam walked up to Harpers house and saw her sitting on the floor of her porch with a pile of board games on the ground

"Ugh" she yelled as she threw another game on the ground

He walked over and picked it up and read 'Operation'

"I hate this game to" he said making his presence know to her

"What are you doing here?" She asked as she started another bored game

"Making sure you're ok, Hayden came to ask me if you were ok after school and I told her I'd check on you so she would stop yelling at me"

Harper smiled at the thought of Hayden yelling at him

"Are you guys like in love or something? Cause you both act like you can't live without each other" He said with jealousy in his voice

"Liam"

"Yes?"

"Please shut up" She looked at him with a blank expression before looking back down at the board game

Harper turned around when she heard her fathers voice at the door "𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮"

Once he said that she jumped up and grabbed the phone from him "Kar!" She exclaimed

'Hey Harp what are you doing?' Kara questioned her sister on the other end of the phone

"Trying to figure out board games I've went through 24 of them already"

'Who are you playing them with?'

"I'm supposed to play them with someone?"

'Yea or else you can't win silly'

"Oh, someone should have told me that" she said turning to glare at Liam

'I gotta go Harp but I'll talk to you later, love you bye'

"Love you to" she said before she hung up and put the phone back in the house

"Who's Kara?" He asked her as she sat in front of him about to try and play operation again

"My sister well my other sister she's Malias Twin sister, Me and Malia got adopted together and Kara got adopted my Stiles's dad"

Liam nodded still a little confused

"Liam you gotta go" Harper said standing up

"What? Why?" He asked confused

"Dude I gotta shower and get dressed I'm going to the cinema for Hayden she asked me to so you gotta go dude"

"Alright uh I'm going with Mason call us and we'll pick you up" He said as Harper was shoving him off of her porch

"Alright goodbye" she said as she shoved him one more time then turned and walked into the house

𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝘁𝗲: This was a short chapter but whatever Harper and Kara talked! And there was a little Liam and Harper moment I guess and it is confirmed that Harper hates board games!
