"Hey Cals", I sit underneath her tree. A tree I planted for her the day I had to let her go. "You'll never believe it but its a baby girl" I tell her. "This is going to sound wildly stupid but Joan insisted we name her Wisteria. I don't know Calla I sure could use your opinion on this one". "Anyway Cal. Happy birthday. Joan's making a cake. Don says no fireworks because last time it attracted the hoards. Those old Japanese mantras were right. Wisteria will always keep the bad away.

Hey guys. I just wanted to say that I have been battling to find the right ending to Faltered light. I wanted to end it happily but it's hard in a post apocalyptic world. I had a lot of fun writing it. Eventually I will find the time to edit it and make it readable. But right now I am working on a bunch of other ideas.
So enjoy the raw version. And please let me know what you think.
