I look at her as she sits too far from me
'Mark her!' My wolf growl while I look at her 'mate her'

I listen to the complaints of the leaders at my table without taking my attention off her

She moves swiftly while exchanging small chats with her Beta

They seem close, if not for the mark on his neck my wolf would have taken over when he touched her earlier to take the glass off her hand

I watch as she fights against her wolf, her eyes keep changing color.

"Alpha Jane, what do you think about the matter?" I cut off the speech of one of them

The attention of the room shift to her, I can feel their eyes digging into her skin with some mixed feelings. I already did some background checks on her and know she is not an idol in our world and she has been through a lot in their hands

She huff a little then smile annoyed
"I don't think anything, your highness"
"Have your pack faced a similar problem with the rogues?" I ask again enjoying the sound of her voice

She finally look up at me starring right into my eyes

Her eyes glow while she bites her lips
"No" she quickly says
"If I may-" her Beta started talking pulling his hand to her shoulder to calm her

My wolf growl loud as the room fall silent

I clear my throat playing it cool
"I'm sorry, you were saying?" He steps back removing his hand from her body
"We created a system to prevent the small attack by rogues, after last time, we can share it with the other if they are willing to hear us out" I nod softly
"You came up with it?" He shakes his head and looks down at his Alpha
"Alpha Jane created it" I nod again
"Then I would like to hear it from her if she doesn't mind?" I smile looking at her, she glare at me getting up
"Of course" she smiled "can I have a pen, Charlotte?" She asks one of the maids

The room is quiet while she draws on a paper and then explains her plan

She looks beautiful

Her aura is radiant at every move, and her facial expressions stay steady and confident no matter the question she is asked

She is gorgeous

"What do you think?" She sight at the end looking at me

I nod
"Perfect" she smiles openly nodding
"Good" she sit back down exchanging words with her Gamma

The meeting comes to an end after a few minor matters
"You are dismissed" I don't miss the relief on her face as she quickly gets up "Alpha Jane, mind a word?" she turns to look at me, she looks at her Beta who shake his head probably mind linking her something
"Of course" she fake a smile walking a bit closer to me

I wait for everyone to leave ignoring their curios look
"I won't kill her, you can wait outside" I look at her Beta who looks at her then nod "you too" I say turning to her Gamma who seems a bit confused

They both exit

The room falls quiet before she speaks "you wanna do the rejecting now?"

I stare at her a bit hurt by her words
"I have no intention of rejecting you Jane" I get closer but she retreats
"Don't come any closer, Adriana is trying her best"
"Adriana" my wolf repeat coming out "what a pretty name, for a pretty woman" her eyes change as her wolf surface

she smiles, the most breathtaking smile I've ever see

"Thank you ..." I take her hand and kiss it feeling the shiver down my spine
"Shelton, I'm Shelton" she smiles even more
"Shelton" she repeats passing a hand through my hair

I close my eyes feeling the tingling of pleasure

"Mark me, before she surfaces" my eyes glow as well as hers
"My pleasure"

I kiss her softly on her lips before kissing the spot where her mark should lay

My fangs go through her skin as I test her salty skin

Pleasure full me as I retreat to look at her for one last kiss before I feel her pushing me away
"No!" She screen in panic when her eyes go back to normal "fucking idiot" she hit me multiple times making me step back

her eyes lay on me with anger as she keep hitting me trying somehow to hurt me, i block her hands from hitting me again

My wolf whine a bit 'i'm sorry, you ask him to...' she stare at me almost terrified while holding the part I just marked

"Adriana asked you! you should have known better, fuck!" she looks at her bloody hand before putting it back where she's now injured # ''and Shelton did it, you can't be mad at me either!' she bites her lips and I can't help but imagine how good that would feel on mine or somewhere else

she's beautiful even right now with her messy hair, blood on her hands and the angry look

'i can fucking hear your thought! I'm freaking out here and you wanna fuc...You know what? just stay away from me, pervert!' 'you know damn well that's not possible' i step forward to touch her arm but she jerks away at the minimum contact 'we will make it possible, stay away from me' she stares at me one more time before retreating

'jane!' she jerks away again opening the door 'don't touch me, never again' the door close behind her and i just watch it pushing back my hair away from my face
