i get off bed looking at Lucy sitting next to the bed
"Alpha Jane, are you okay?" Lucy get closer with a cup of water
"Yes" I smile at her, her face cold as ever while she looks at me "are you still mad at me?" I lay back down huffing

She sign looking away
"Do you know the must delicate moment for a hybrid?" I look at her
"Full moon" i say
"Yesterday was a full moon, are you planning to die early? After Adriana recovered and you got your healing powers back you've been using them carelessly but at least you respected the full moon stop but now you have a new family and you have to make them happy! Why don't you just tier yourself apart and give it to them?"

I stare at her sitting back up
"That was so selfish to say Lucy"
"Yes! Goddess yes! I'm selfish! And I love it! You should be selfish to! Because you matter, you don't have to help every single soul in the world to be happy, they will remember you for a day or two then you will be history!"
"I don't help people to be complimented Lucy, and you know that"
"Until when? Until you die?"
"Yes goddammit! Until I fucking drop dead! I was given a mission Lucy!"
"And that's the stupidest thing you've ever said"
"I'm still your Alpha Lucy!"
"Are you? I thought you were a fucking Queen and Luna. forgive my rudeness then!" she storms out

My head spin a bit so I get back on the bed
"I saw a very angry Luciana... are you okay?" Marco comes in with a worried look
"Yes I'm fine, are my people angry?"
"No, why would they?"
"Am I neglecting someone? I'm I doing something wrong?"
"Yes and yes" I look up to him "you are neglecting yourself and doing wrong to yourself" "I'm trying my best here! why do you guys not see it? I'm tired too, but if i stop everything stop along with me!"

"Are you okay?" Marco asks giving me some water while i clean the tiers off my face
"Never been better" I smile "did he recover his sight?" He nods
"Not completely but you did a great job" I smile "why does he think he's a male?" "I think it's a defense mechanism: maybe he has been hurt or simply he sees himself as one there is not much to that. i admire him: at such a young age he is not afraid to show himself to the world"

After various recommendations the doctors allow me to leave the hospital

Having a day off work in addy I was busy all day till very late at night

And so another week came to an end

"My precious" I smile at the queen bowing my head in greeting "prepare some tea for us" she smiles at a maids "how have you been Jane?"

After the coronation ceremony, the former queen and king left the palace territory for one of their vacation islands

The queen visit us the must at least two times a month while the king have been here only once since then

"I've been fine your highness"
"I've told you to stop calling me that! Just call me mom" I freeze for a bit before smiling "have you heard from my son, your husband?" I shake my head taking a sip of tea
"He is alive and well, our bond is still functioning" she nods gently

We spend the evening together before she greets me goodbye

I take a hot and long shower

While brushing my teeth I noticed a bruise on my belly

Finger scratch

I t touch it Not recalling anyone touching me

As my tips hit it it start to burn and realisation hit me

"Fucking bastard" I whisper looking around my body for other signs

Adriana was silent today but I thought it was because my body was weak

I look at the bruise again as disappointment feels me
