                Chapter Six: Secrets

        "Galaxy." Shadow said as she stared at Vixion. "Yes?" "What ever you do... don't mention this to anyone..." She said still staring at Vixion. "Ok... but... what exactly... was... that?" I asked with a little fear in my voice. Vixion stopped crying and looked at me. "Well... we're... vampires." She said with a smile. "WHAT!" I screamed.

        "Shhh! Calm down! Someone might hear you!" Vixion and Shadow said together. After a few minutes I could think straight again.  "So... are... all of you in that group..." I was cut of by Alorn walking into the room. "Hey have you girls seen Gal-" He stopped dead in the door way when he saw me. "Hello!" I said with my most Innocent voice. He was silent. Then he looked over at Vixion. She was now standing in a corner with her arms wrapped around herself. "I-I-I'm s-s-sorry..." She said, looking at the ground. Shadow was still on the couch. Her eyes were completely black. It was strange... was she day dreaming? Well, she's a vampire so she could be doing anything.

        I looked back at Alorn. His eyes were completely black too. So were Vixions. What were they doing? I tried to get up. I couldn't, everything seemed fine but when I tried to move everything went stiff. I knew I was knee deep in trouble. I tried getting up again. When everything got stiff I kept trying. I tried and tried and tried an till I heard a ear splitting snap. I instantly fell back onto the couch and screamed. All three of them snapped out of whatever they were doing and looked at me. Alorn ran to my side.

       I was crying. "Shhh... every things alright. Shadow go get the medical kit." Shadow was a blur as she ran into the kitchen and came back with the medical kit. "Help her leg, she broke it." Alorn said as he brushed the hair out of my face and said soothing things to me. I saw Vixion and Shadow at the end of the couch doing something to my leg. Alorn went to the medical kit and got out some purple pills with black and red lines in them. "You need to take this." He said opening my mouth. I quickly swallowed them and coughed. Minutes later everything got blurry and I fell asleep.

       I woke up in the hospital. My dad was asleep in a chair and Alorn was leaning on a wall staring at me. When he saw I was awake he knelt by my side. "Hello..." I said before I coughed. He didn't say anything he just smiled. "So, how are we going to tell dad that I broke my leg?" I asked, he frowned. "Well... so far they think that you broke it falling down the stairs at school." He whispered, looking down at the ground. I smiled. "That's perfect!" I whispered back, kissing him on the forehead.

       He looked up at me. And we were about to kiss when my dad woke up. Aww! I was so close to snatching another treat! "Galaxy? GALAXY!" My dad screamed as he hugged me tightly. "Ow! Dad... not to hard!" I said as I coughed. "Oh, sorry!" He said as he kissed me on the cheek. I blushed as Alorn watched. The Doctor walked in. "Can I speak with you Mr.Salindie." The Doctor asked not even looking up from his clipboard. "Uh.. sure, I'll be right back hon." He said as they walked out of the door.

         I sighed. Alorn came back to my side. "Alorn... I have something to ask you." I said as I felt my neck for the two holes I had. "Yes, I'll answer anything you ask." He said as he held my hand. "Are... have you... well... are you a vampire?" I said as I looked at my wrist, which also had two holes. He looked down and sighed. "Yes... I'm sorry for not telling you when we got closer." "Its ok... I should have noticed..." I said as I thought about all the hints I got. "Well... is there any other secrets I should now?" I asked as I looked at him. His eyes looked at me as though he had a million things to tell me but he didn't know how to say them. I sighed. "I love you." I said and I kissed him passionately.
