Part 6

Alex attempts to grab the can of soda from her father's grasp, but fails. Liz takes it from Edd and holds it up above them, slightly out of reach, "No fighting, okay?"
Alex crosses her arms, frustrated, her cheeks puffing out slightly. Liz looks at Edd, "Okay?" Edd groans, "Fine. I have more anyways."
"Good, then you should have no trouble sharing with your own daughter, right?" "Yeah. Fine."
"Good." She lowers the can to Alex keeping her arm slightly extended while Tom was watching it all, quietly dying of laughter. Alex snatches the cola, cracks it open and chugs it.
Liz chuckles, "Damn, your like me when Demonspawn first brought vodka to the base." Alex pauses, "I haven't gotten a drink since we showed up." Liz shrugs, "Now that you mention it, I do need a bit of a refill."
"Well you drink vodka, right?" Tom asks and Liz nods, "Eh, I can spare you a few bottles." Alex giggles, "Yay! We're all getting along!"
Tom shrugs, "Well, she brought you here, it's the least I could do." He says as Liz grabs a bottle of Smirnoff from the fridge, Alex smiles, drinks the last bit of her cola, then crushes the can in her hand, then throws it away.
"Damn, Lexi! Got some strength, eh?" Liz says
"Oh, I didn't realize." Alex says, shrugging

Tom smirks, and Liz says, "Remind me to never get on your bad side." She opens the bottle of vodka and takes a swig of it.
Alex sits down, "Hey, dad? Why exactly do I have these abilities?"
Tom looks at her, "Its probably from the monster side, but Edd's pretty strong. Probably from the superpowers he had at one point." Alex's eyes widen, "Superpowers?! How?" She says.
Tom shrugs, "Our neighbor got this radioactive satellite and it gave him and Edd superpowers. Though, I doubt he still has them. The radiation probably wore off."
"Uh...well the whole...thing kinda makes sense."
He raises a brow, "What do you mean?" He asks, Alex floats above the seat, "This." She says, Tom's eyes widen. "I thought he lost it...I guess not."
Alex drops down on the chair, "Anyway, do you guys have a decent arcade around here?"
Edd smiles, "Yeah! Not too far from here actually!"
Alex cheers, "LETS GO TO THE ARCADE!"
