Third person's pov
"Please wait, I will ask my boss first." the secretary said to the tall woman who's carrying a bouquet of flower.
The secretary came in, the woman glance at the feline inside the office. When the feline throw her a look she immediately step back then the secretary returned to signed the paper.
"Thankyou." she utter after handing the flowers. She pull her cap down to hid her face then started to walk away.
She was infront of the elevator when she saw the feline from her peripheral vision, she immediately entered as it opens then tap the button to the ground floor.
She removed her cap then let her short hair fall. When the door closed she could see her own reflection to it. Her bangs was a bit mess but she didn't mind it, she never been unbothered like this before.
She looks so different, even a single expression wasn't visible on her face.She knew she wasn't able to look like the same.
Now that she's finally here again she can finally meet the person who betrayed her. She will take everything back, and the justice must be served. She will never feel any pity towards anybody —she mean ANYONE.
Jennie's pov
"Ms. Kim I send you already the copy of footage." someone said from the other line of the phone.
I checked my email then found the vedio.
"Thankyou." I utter then put down my phone. I checked the footage and found the person I was searching for.
She entered the elevator then removed her cap. Her hair was short, from the footage I can't see her face not until she lift her head up and look at the cctv.
It was definitely her b-but why???
Lisa was here and it's driving me crazy.
"Jennie." Jiwon called that startled me. I immediately closed the laptop before he walk towards my table.
"Jennie he's here." he said. I calm my nerves then nodded.
"O-okay—uhm.."
"Are you okay??" he asked that made me look at him. I forced a smile then nodded.
"Of course I am." I utter then stood up my seat. I walked with him then take the stairs. I saw his people carrying a gun while a man was kneeling down the floor.
His lips was bleeding and the side of his face but he was just laughing. Jiwon stood up infront of him then I sat on my seat.
"Tsk tsk... Woww! Is this your people Jennie? Look at this guy's, I was surprised you married a mafia. Hahahaha!" Kai laughed. Jiwon lean down then grab his collar.
"Do you think I won't never find you?? You came in my house and came into my wife's office uninvited, let me tell you this. You are just one on my blacklist!" he spoke then punched Kai then stand straight.
"Oh I-I know.You look so familiar too, isn't it you who shot me 3 years ago? Hahahah."
"So this man is your mother's right hand huh Jennie?So who's his boss? You or your mother? " Kai added while wearing a smile. I look away then look at him again.
"I told you don't mess with me. I'm not the Jennie you knew before, whomever who step on my way is my enemy and my mother's enemy. So know your place." I strictly said. He just smiled then wiped the blood on his lips.
Suddenly Jiwons phone ringed so he checked it then turn around. He glance at us then walked away first.
" Jennie I told you, you will regret this. Are you sure about it? Are you sure you won't need me anymore??" Kai asked still not moving on his spot.
I stood up then walk towards him, I lean down to level with him.
"Why would I need someone who have nothing"? "I seriously utter while looking at his eyes directly.
He let out a small laughed then lean his face to my ears.
" I doubt it, now that a dead person came back alive and I'm sure she will hunt you. You betrayed her, you're the reason why she died and you don't want to know what she can risk. Can you imagine how hatred that she have towards you huh Jennie??" he whispered that pinned me in my spot. I gulped then lean back facing him.
" W-WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?? "I asked in my whined expression.
He just smiled without answering my question.
Suddenly Jiwon was coming so I stand straight then face the other side while clenching my fingers together.
"Take him away." I heard Jiwon said then I heard footsteps walking away. I throw them a look, when Jiwon left I hurriedly go upstairs then opened my laptop.
"L-lisa was here. She was definitely here." I said in horror.
