Manik's pov

I was shocked. She can't know this she won't be able to handle this truth.

Before I could ask him the questions appeared in my mind he Left the house.

It's like problems have found my path. One after one, one after one. I am seriously messed up now.

There are so many questions so many but no answers. I am feeling like my mind will burst out at any moment

I went inside the room to see her playing with her fingers.

"What happened?" She asked curiously

What should I say?

"Nothing, he said its just he remembered an important work that's why he left. He was apologizing for the behaviour" I lied

I recently noticed that I have become a great liar. Like I am the one who never lied to anyone but now everything is happening opposite.

"Its ok he is my principal after all" she said eating a cookie "come eat" she offered me while I was just starring her without a blink

I went near her sitting in front of her she was busy eating quietly. I rub her lower lip with my thumb she was taken back but didn't stopped me

"Sorry, actually some of the piece was-"

"Its ok" she said interrupting me while I smiled

I miss the old you Nandini. I never had to give explanations before doing anything but see today. Damn

"I was thinking to start my tuition as there are very few days left for exams and I don't want to get fail" she said while I nodded

"Not today but from tomorrow we will surely start but you have to take care of yourself properly ok?" I said and she nodded

Its been a week everything is same as before. There is no improvement. I am helpless I am trying my best to sort out everything but nothing is working for me

I was sitting on a couch waiting for her to solve the question. My eyes were stuck on her face. The innocence in her eyes. I fucking wanna kiss her. Its been so long but I have to keep the distance as I can't force her

"Its done" her voice brought me out of my land

I checked the question it was right. She is really working hard. I am glad to know. I given her the book back while she kept it aside as the time is over

"Can I ask you something if you don't mind?" I asked while she looked at me

"Yeah sure" she said adjusting her spectacles

"Who is...Aaryaman?" I finally asked

This question was eating up my mind from from the very first day she took her name

"Uhmm, he is my...my..." She was creating suspense

"Your what?" I asked curiously

"My best friend, one and only friend" she said with a smile while I sighed

I don't need more information but I don't know why she never talked about him before this memory loss

"Where he is?" I asked

"He...he...I don't know. I don't remember" she said holding her head, shit

"Hey hey, you don't have to think so much. Just calm down everything is fine." I said

"I think I should take rest" she said getting up

She was going towards her room but suddenly her foot bumped with mine and she fell on me

I looked straight in her eyes. She was already looking at me. I held her face caressing her cheek with my thumb. I want to kiss her hard but...

"What are you doing sir?" She asked and I removed my hand

"I am sorry" I said clearing my throat

"For?" she asked this time huskily, fuck she is making it difficult for me

"For...for kissing you hardly" saying so I captured her lips adjusting her on my lap pulling her close

She was as well responded with same passion. I missed this so fucking much. I pulled her more close to me by her waist

"I missed you" I said unknowingly while she stopped

"What?" She asked

"Uhm...I mean I..." I was short of words

"No, you said you missed me...How" she asked

I took a deep breathe

"I meant I miss you because...I wanted to kiss you from the very first day" I again lied I don't know what the fuck I even said but I don't have any other idea

"Really?" She asked entwining her legs around my waist

"Even I missed you" she said and now I looked at her

"What?" I asked

"I said I missed you" Saying so she starts kissing me holding my hairs in her grift

Oh fuck what is she even doing?

I picked her up standing, going towards her room. I threw her on bed hovering over her

"Its enough now I can't wait anymore. I need you" I said while she smirked

"So what is stopping you" as she said I took off my shirt kissing her hard.

"Manik" she looked straight into my eyes "I really missed you" she said while I was now shocked

"What you mean?" I asked

"I mean I never lost my memory" as soon as she said I was shocked

"Nandini?"

"Let...let me complete Manik. Listen to me first please" she said and I get up sitting besides her

"Why you lied?" I asked while she held my arm putting her head ln my shoulder

"Its because of Jenny" as soon as she said I lost my mind

I don't know what is going on. I am seriously fed up now
