Manik's pov

We are sitting outside the emergency room as Ria's condition is very serious. I just pray she is fine

"Manik, don't worry everything will be ok" Nandini said

"I am scared" I said huskily holding my head while she side hugged me

"You shouldn't be she will be fine soon" she said and I sighed

"I wish"

I am sitting beside her holding her hand, the oxygen mask, the ventilator machine, this is so heart wrenching to see her like this

"Manu" I tilt up my head looking at her

"How are you feeling now? Are you alright is it hurting somewhere?"

"Manu I am okay" she said and I sighed

"Thankgod you know you scared the hell out of me" I said while she smiled

"Manu" she called my name

"Yes Manu's princess"

"I am not your daughter?" And that was it. What should I say now? "Please don't lie to me I know the truth I heard everything and I  already knew that you are hiding something from me" she said

Sigh*

"You aren't" I finally said, now or never

"Then who I am?" She asked

"You are my family, our blood. You are my elder brothers daughter. You was so small when they died from that day I took your responsibility. I always treated you as my own daughter. I always kept you first in my priority list and you will remain first" I confessed

"Why you never told me this before?"

"As I said I never felt like you aren't my daughter I thought it's not important for you know but Now I guess you should know"

'And what about Jenny why you hide the truth about her from me. That women is so mean. I am feeling disgusting to thought her as my mother" she said in an angry tone

"Because of your condition Ria. I never wanted you to hear things like this but-"

"But I find out and I am grateful for that because I have done so many things wrong intentionally or unintentionally and now Before I die I want to make everything correct"

"Stop speaking nonsense you are not going anywhere understood"

"Ok ok but still where is Nandini?" She asked

"Outside" I said

"Call her and leave us alone" she said while I nodded

Nandini's pov

I am sitting beside her and from last 5 minutes she is just staring at me

"Why you lied to me?" She asked and I looked at her

"About?" I asked

"About you accident" she said

"I wanted to show you the real face of Jenny and I knew if I will tell you without any proof you will not believe me" I explained

"Fine" she said playing with her fingers

"How are you feeling now" I asked

She looked at me and the next moment she held my hands in hers

"First of all I am sorry for my behavior Nanz I was so rude to you I did so many mistakes. I am so sorry" she said while I just smiled

"Its ok I know your intentions weren't bad" I said
