Chapter 13: Fire?

Todoroki's pov

"You need to be more careful." Bakugou sighed

"I was, he started it!"

"You think someone would burn your hand for no reason?"

"Katsuki I was just trying to help him train."

"Well you shouldn't have agreed to that. Dragons are dangerous especially when you know nothing about them."

He always acts like I did something wrong if I get injured. My hand got burned but it could've been worse.

"I can't make this better." He frowned

"It just needs wrapped, I can do that."

"But you're in pain so you need something for that. Plus I don't want it to get infected."

"I can go find something."

"No, you stay here I'll go look around."

It's been 3 hours and he still hasn't came back. The burn doesn't even hurt anymore.

When he isn't here this room gets so quiet. You can even hear the sounds of servants walking around. The distant sound of the happy citizens outside.

But I could only think about him. If he was nearby I would've heard shouting or loud steps. It's almost too quiet, I feel too alone.

I stood up and looked out of the huge glass window. People were smiling and laughing.

Near the forest I could tell something wasn't right. So many soldiers were over there and a few in their dragon form. But no sight of Bakugou.

Possibly he's further in the forest. There are still thoughts in the back of my head that makes me worry.

I rushed to open the door and try to figure out what was happening. The servants seemed like they knew nothing. All I could do was run and get outside.

Opening the huge door that leads outside I panicked. The sound I couldn't hear before was now there.

"King Katsuki claims that he saw fire close by."

"But almost no dragons ever go that far from here."

"Are you sure it's a dragon?" I asked the soldiers

"No sir."
