Let me tell you a little story, a story you may already know.
In a world where humanity suddenly unlocked superhuman abilities called quirks have changed humankind as a whole. The rise of villains and heroes fighting over each other and crime rates in countries have never been so high.
The term 'Heroes' comes in, back in the past the world realized that the police force wasn't enough to battle the villains with destructive and powerful quirks. So, the title 'Pro Hero' and 'Hero Schools' have been born with the latter training future aspiring heroes. And the former helping the government against the villains.
But, though it may not sound bleak, it is.
Only 80% of the world has these unearthly powers and you would think that they would protect the rest who do not! Sadly, humans are complicated and can be dumber than a turkey. (Shout out to the Turkeys out there! Love y'all!)
It's quite the opposite. The quirkless are shunned away by society for being different and inhuman. But, when they open their minds the quirkless are more human than them. Because the quirkless are simply, human, nothing more nothing less.
It isn't just the quirkless, another smaller per cent of the world there are people born with 'creepy' or weird, sometimes even powerful quirks that are just too destructive. The worst part is the fact that most villains are made of people with these quirks.
The others shun them away, they are scared, and they don't know what to do any more until some evil player in the underground swipes their feet off the ground and manipulates them when they are in the most delicate state.

The quote stays true.
"People are not born heroes or villains; they're created by the people around them."
(Quote By Chris Colfer)

This doesn't mean heroes are 'The Good Side" people, sometimes not literally. For yes are the villains killing innocent people out in the streets, robbing them, or hurting them in any way? But, how did villains come to exist? How did they come?
Some heroes forget what heroes are supposed to do, they are supposed to save. They are supposed to help fight against the villains and bring up peace. It's disappointing that some people do it for fame and money.
Meaning they would not save some person who's running from a thug with a menacing quirk if it was missed by the local news station. With ill intentions to a selfish degree do they place money over the importance of saving? For they will not do unless given gifts after success.
Was it just black and white? Or were the shades of grey already there?
Peace is just a mere word as things could turn haywire at any given second, given the right person.
Peace, my friend, is hardly forever and probably would never be forever.
Peace can only be rebuilt.
Peace can only be reassembled.

With that, welcome, to the first chapter of "Reconstruct".

* | HAHA SURPRISE MOTHERFUCKER | *
"Holy..." Someone exclaimed in tired surprise as the alarm rang throughout the whole room.
"Who the hell changed my alarm?" The sound of a tired groan was heard after the alarm stopped.
The person stood up and got from his slumber as he looked around the room. Dark green walls and a wooden floor. On the left side of the room lay a single bed with a dark wood frame and plain green bedsheets with white pillows were seen beside a simple nightstand with a lamp on it. A single window was above the nightstand between the bed and table.
