By mid-afternoon the very next day, you and Natalia was on a ship, disguised as two sisters visiting your family in Erilea, with a story of your mother dying. Lady Melina insisted that the both of you must stay hidden and be disguised as someone else for your safety.

You received a letter from Jules this morning stating that she’s alive and is now back to her home, you wrote back that morning saying that you’ll meet her there and tell her what you are planning, you did all this behind Natalia’s back, keeping her in the dark as much as possible, it may be a bad idea but it’s better than to be betrayed by her, you were just looking after your own.

“Deep thought?” Natalia asked, approaching you with a bottle of beer in her hand.

You furrowed your eyebrows at her, “Please tell me you’re not drinking,” you stated and her eyes widened as she hid the bottle behind her and smiled.

“I’m not drinking,” she answered and you rolled your eyes, turning away from her as you comfortably sat while watching the water glimmer from the sun.

“It’s not even night time and you’re having a drink, not to mention that we are travelling to our own rival kingdom,” you added, sternly while keeping your body tensed up.

Natalia smiled in amusement to what you said but you didn’t saw it, she then sighed and sat next to you. “Have you even drank anything from this morning?” she asked, eyebrow raised as she looked at your side view.

You hesitated and gave her a side glance before clearing your throat, “No?” you sort of guessed your answer which again made Natalia smile but this time was bigger as it revealed her pearly white teeth. “Was there anything funny to what I said?” you seriously asked, now fully looking at her.

“There was. Now, drink,” she answered, offering you the beer but you only eyed it.

“I’m not drinking that,” you retorted and she rolled her eyes. “I’d rather drink the sea water,”

“Well sea water makes you more thirsty and dries your throat, do you want to die from dehydration?” She reasoned back, looking confident but you glared at her.

“What ever, Natasha,” you emphasized the word, making her uncomfortably shift on her seat. “Yes, I know about your name, I read books remember?” you added smiling at her before snatching the beer from her hands.

You brought it to your lips, carefully chugging a small amount of the liquor since you knew that with a pinch of taste you’d end up drinking more than expected. Natalia or should I call her Natasha, watched as you slowly swallowed, making her slightly part her lips as if she had gotten thirsty in just a mere second.

“You should stop staring now and go buy me my own beer,” you suddenly spoke, startling her as you hand the now empty bottle, but it seems like her head was still in cloud nine, and so you scooted loser to her and leaned your face to hers only a few inches as you looked deep into her eyes. “Natasha,” you whispered and she blinked, “go get me a beer,” you repeated and she stared back at you.

“Are your eyes usually blue?” She questioned and your eyebrows creased.

“What are you talking about? It’s not working?” You questioned back.

“What is not working?” She asked back.

Truth is you were using your magic on her but somehow it didn’t work, you were even sure that she was staring at your eyes but it didn’t work, you couldn’t hypnotize her to follow you.

You cleared your throat, “nothing,” you lied, turning away from her with a bothered expression on your face which made Natasha frown.

“Are you okay?” she asked concerned.
