The Fake and Real Wei Wuxian

Chapter 10

After Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji kill the dire owl the two went back to the other and when they did, they see everyone else is back to the way they were but they didn't see Nie Huaisang, Jiang Cheng or Wen Qing anywhere.

They walk around until the two found Jiang Cheng and Nie Huaisang along with Wen Qing family at a tomb,  not just any tomb, is Wen Qing family tomb. Wen Qing tell the other that this is her family tomb and the people next to her is her family. They are a branch from a different Wen, her branch is family medicine and doctor and farmer, they aren't the same as Wen Rouhan family. They don't fight or hold a sword, they are just ordinary Wen clan.

They soon left from Dafan Mountain. They are now on to a different town to look for the Yin Iron. On their way there they enter into the wood, that is when Nie Huaisang see a hen/chicken in front of them. Nie Huaisang wave for Wei Wuxian to come over, "How did it know that I was hungry?" Wei Wuxian let go of his stress and his fake self for now. He want to have fun with Nie Huaisang, "let's split up," Nie Huaisang nodded his head.

"Jiang Cheng, you go that way," Wei Wuxian point to the other direction.

"I'm not going," his stomach growl, this mean he is hungry.m

Wei Wuxian look at Jiang Cheng stomach, "Aya go! Nie xiong already gone," Wei Wuxian push Jiang Cheng in the other direction while he follow in Nie Huaisang direction. "Nie Xiong."

While Nie Huaisang, Jiang Cheng and Wei Wuxian gone after the chicken, Lan Wangji talk to Wen Qing about the Yin Iron.

Wei Wuxian came back to the two of them, he figure out why Wen Chao went to Cloud Recesse and why the goddess of pier attack them. All Wen Qing can said to Wei Wuxian is that she is repaying him back because he safe Wen Ning back at Biling lake.

"I realize that someone have lead us there and that someone take us to where the dancing god temple is at. When we were staying there, the dancing goddess woke up. She begin to aim her attack on Lan Zhan only. Not me or Nie xiong. If the goddess isn't aiming at the Yin Iron in Lan Zhan hand then there is only one reason."

Wei Wuxian turn to look at Lan Zhan, he have on a mischievous smile. "She must have a crushed on Lan Zhan." (I'm sorry guys but watching this part make me laugh and crack up)

Lan Zhan looked at Wei Wuxian with a slight angry face, "Shut up!"

They went back to talk about the Yin Iron until Wen Qing said she need to head back to NeverNight because her brother Wen Ning is still there. She can't leave him there by himself.

Even Jiang Cheng want to stop Wen Qing from going back to the Wen Clan. He know is not safe for her back there. She is doing this for her family and for her little brother Wen Ning.

All four arrive in a town call Yueyang, while walking to find a tea house to rest one of the owner from the wine place come out, "Sir have a taste of Yueyang wine."

'Good timing! I been wanting something to drink!' Wei Wuxian took the wine from that owner. Seeing this Lan Wangji walk away ahead of them, 'ah Lan Zhan wait for me!' Wei Wuxian put down the cup to go after Lan Wangji.

"Lan zhan!" He pull on Lan Wangji string clothes, he turn around to look at Wei Wuxian.

When Wei Wuxian see this he let go, "Where are you going?"

"To an immortal house." Lan Zhan start to walk again, Wei Wuxian stop Lan Wangji by pulling in his arm. Seeing this Wei Wuxian let go again.

"Aya Lan zhan, you won't find any answer if you walk around like this."

"Then how do we find them?"

"The one place you can find your answer is there," he pointed at the wine shop.

"You only want to drink wine." Jiang Cheng said with annoying tone in his voice.

"Your wrong. I alway set my private apart from public interest. Anyway since many people live here they might know something so is best to ask them about it."

"You really know how to use your mouth," this got Wei Wuxian to bumped his should on Jiang Cheng chest.

"Wei xiong! Jiang xiong! Lan xiong."

"How is it, Nie xiong?"

Nie Huaisang point back to the wine house, "Meng Yao isn't here yet. Why don't we find a place to stay and relax for a little bit?"

"That is a great idea! Let's go!" When Jiang Cheng and Lan Wangji didn't move, he took them by their wrist and dragged them toward the wine house. 'More wine for me! I been stressing out a lot with Jiang Cheng and his temper.'

All four of them head into the wine house, Wei Wuxian put out a lot of money. Jiang Cheng call him crazy, "Waiter give us three bottle of wine."

"Thank you gongzi. I will bring out our best wine just for you, they are very strong I hope you will like it," after saying that the waiter left.

"This is the only way to get more information from the people here. Spend more money mean more information."

"Don't ask me for money if you run out."

'*sigh* he really doesn't understand the outside world like I do. Well Jiang Cheng did grow up in a clan, his parents doesn't let him leave the house that much. I wonder what kind of clan leader he will be when he become one.'

The same waiter came back with three bottle of wine, Wei Wuxian pull off the top and smell it, 'Wow this smell good and strong but I think I like Gusu wine more.'

Lan Wangji look over at Wei Wuxian, "Get to the point already."

Wei Wuxian begin to ask the waiter, "Waiter, this is our first time here in Yueyang. Is there anything interesting to do here in Yueyang town?"

"What kind of interesting thing do you want to know?" The waiter asked while looking at Wei Wuxian.

'What kind you ask?' "Interesting like eerie and bizarre. Something like that."

"Bizarre, like what kind of bizarre?"

"Ummm let see, like ghost haunting a mansion, grave digger or someone mutilation a body, or something more unusual we don't know about?"

"Then can you tell us who live in the southeast of Yueyang?" Lan Wangji asked.

The waiter tell Lan Wangji that the Chang clan live in the southeast. Since Lan Wangji ask about the Chang clan he remember something about it. So he begin to tell the group about what happen at the Chang clan. He tell them that the whole clan has been slaughtered by someone. At night you can hear screaming and pounding coming from inside the mansion. In the morning the door open up and at night it close.

The waiter left to let the group to themselves. That is when Lan Wangji felt the Yin Iron inside of him starting to react.

"Lan Zhan!" Lan Wangji couldn't hear Wei Wuxian calling him, "Lan Zhan! Concentrate! Lan. Zhan! Concentrate!" Hearing this Lan Wangji did. He closed his eye, and when he did, he see vision of death coming from the Chang clan.

'Seeing Lan Zhan react to the Yin Iron like this I am worry that something might happen.' Wei Wuxian look at the swear rolling down Lan Wangji face.

"Let's go to the Chang clan," all three got up to leave beside Nie Huaisang, he want to wait there for Meng Yao to come get him.

When Jiang Cheng, Wei Wuxian and Lan Wangji got to the Chang clan mansion they didn't hear the banging noise. Jiang Cheng thought that the waiter was lying to them. Lan Wangji pull out his Yin iron, it was reacting to someone using it.

They walk to the front door that is when they hear the banging and screaming coming from inside the Chang clan house. Wei Wuxian use his talisman to open the door, all three stand there in shock to see so many dead body inside the mansion.

'What is going on here? How could someone kill without mercy? Wait,' Wei Wuxian check the dark mark on the body, "it look like before they died, they were all turn into puppet."
