*Past*
I was best friends with Jackie up until we were 15, because I "moved". I actually didn't move. I ran away. I had abusive siblings and my parents weren't around much, so I got tired of it, and ran away. You are probably wondering how I surprised Jackie, and how I knew she was at this center. Well, the reason I knew was... I attend this center too. I have been here for 2 1/2 years. I am at this center because, when I ran away, my siblings reported it, and then all these people found me. This center is for people with problems, like mental or etc. I don't have any of those problems, but this place made an exception for me. I think they felt bad for me honestly.
I was eating lunch yesterday (in the outside eating area) when I saw a girl with short black hair get out of a New York taxi car. I thought I recognized the girl. She reminded me of someone I used to know. And then I realized it was someone I used to know, it was Jackie! I wanted to go up to her and say, "Remember me?! Your best friend Christina?!". But I knew she had to be going through a lot right now, if she had to go to this center, so I said I'd wait tell tomorrow, to surprise her. AND I DID...
