Meela's thoughts snapped back to the present as she took in the chaos unfolding around her.

Robin was walking out of the room, and across from her, Luffy and Zoro were getting wrecked by the very shipwrights they had challenged. Luffy launched himself into another attack—but before he could land it, the man with a pigeon perched on his shoulder intercepted him effortlessly, throwing him back toward the rest of the crew.

"You lowly pirates..." the man said coolly, brushing his coat sleeve. "Can't you see the gap in our strength?"

He glanced at the clock. "We should hurry. But... maybe I'll show you something interesting first."

As the man in the top hat finished his sentence, a shadow fell over him—and he began to grow. Taller, broader. Everyone froze, wide-eyed, as his form shifted. Meela's breath caught in her throat. Whatever this was, it wasn't human anymore.

"A Devil Fruit..." she muttered, recognizing the threat instantly.

"Lucci, the other shipwrights are on their way," said a voice from behind—a man with a long nose. Lucci didn't look back. Instead, he lashed out with a brutal kick that brought the ceiling crashing down.

Debris started to fall.

"Move!" Nami shouted, and the group scattered.

Luffy, ever relentless, dove at Lucci again. "Pigeon guy!"

He landed a punch—but it barely made Lucci flinch.

"Shigan." Lucci's arm moved in a blur, and Luffy staggered back.

"I'll send you off this island—"

"HAKI STYLE!" Meela shouted, charging forward with fire in her eyes. Her pointe shoes swung in a wide arc, laced with Haki. "RIBBON'S PAUSE!"

Her kick collided with Lucci's strike, halting it mid-air.

For the first time, Lucci's expression shifted—from disinterest to mild surprise. But it didn't last.

"So... you can use Armament," he said, narrowing his eyes. Meela smirked, chest rising with steady confidence. She could see it—he didn't have it himself.

"But I've seen it used far better," he added coldly. "You're clearly untrained."

Meela's smirk didn't fade.

Then—

3... 2... 1...

BANG.

A shot rang out.

Meela gasped as the tranquilizer pierced her side. Her body froze. Limbs numb. Breath caught.

"No—" she tried to move, but nothing responded.

Lucci was already gone from her line of sight. He moved with blinding speed, finishing the attack she had just blocked. Luffy went flying through the air, slamming out of sight. The crew screamed his name.

Zoro lunged forward, swords drawn.

Another blur.

Another body down.

Zoro joined Luffy—gone in an instant.

Meela's body refused to move.

"It seems," Lucci whispered as he walked past her, "you're limited to basic Armament."

She couldn't respond. Couldn't blink. Her thoughts flickered like static.

He paused just beside her ear. "And you weren't trained properly in Observation either."

Meela's eyes fluttered, consciousness fading.

Inside Lucci's mind, his analysis was already complete.

The redhead isn't a concern. She's unrefined—only the basics of Armament, underdeveloped Observation. Not a threat. Our focus remains on Nico Robin.

As CP9 began to exit, one figure lingered.

They looked at Meela—silent, unreadable.

Then, without a word, they turned and disappeared after the others.
