Chapter 6

Narrator POV
Our fellow Titans lay in deep slumber within their chambers, hidden in a secret location. They had been resting for so long that time itself seemed meaningless. But soon, a revelation would awaken them—one that would change their fate forever.

My (Author) POV
I was running out of time. If I didn't act now, everything we had worked for could be lost. I approached one of the commanders standing guard and ordered, "Oᴘᴇɴ ᴛʜᴇ ᴅᴏᴏʀ." "𝐌𝐚'𝐚𝐦, 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞?" he asked, hesitating. "𝐖𝐞 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲'𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟." "ⵊ ᴜɴᴅᴇʀsᴛᴀɴᴅ ᴘᴇʀꜰᴇᴄᴛʟʏ. Tʜᴀᴛ's ɴᴏᴛ ʏᴏᴜʀ ᴄᴏɴᴄᴇʀɴ," I snapped. The urgency in my voice cut through his hesitation. 𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮?" "Nᴏ. Tʜɪs ɪs sᴏᴍᴇᴛʜɪɴɢ ⵊ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴛᴏ ᴅᴏ ᴀʟᴏɴᴇ," I replied, more calmly this time. He stared at me, still unsure, but obeyed. He pressed a large red button, and the metal doors creaked to life, groaning as they opened. The corridor leading to the Titans' chambers stretched out before me, dimly lit and filled with tension. I walked forward, knowing there was no turning back.

Kong's POV
I was resting with Zumina in my arms, feeling her breathe peacefully against my chest. She had been panicked earlier, but now, she slept soundly, comforted by my presence. As she stirred and opened her eyes, I smiled down at her. "Hᴇʏ, ʜᴏᴡ ᴀʀᴇ ʏᴏᴜ ꜰᴇᴇʟɪɴɢ?" I asked softly.
"𝘽𝙚𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙧, 𝙟𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙩𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙙"  she whispered.

Before I could respond, a loud metallic rumble echoed through the chamber. Zumina jolted awake as we both rose to our feet. The massive door leading to our chamber was opening. "𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩'𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜?" she asked, clutching my arm. "𝗜 𝗱𝗼𝗻'𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲" I told her, stepping forward. As the door slid open, we found ourselves staring at a thick glass barrier. Beyond it, I saw Godzilla and Rodan in separate chambers, just as confused as we were.

"𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐨𝐤𝐚𝐲?" Godzilla asked, his deep voice reverberating through the space."I think so," Rodan replied. "𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞?" Godzilla shook his head. "𝐍𝐨 𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐚." I noticed something else—a window built into the wall, overlooking the entire facility. "Hᴇʏ, ɢᴜʏs, ʟᴏᴏᴋ ᴏᴠᴇʀ ᴛʜᴇʀ."
They turned their heads toward the window. Behind it stood humans in white lab coats, observing us. Zumina squinted. "𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠... 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐬𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐬?" "Yᴇᴀʜ, ᴛʜᴇɪʀ ᴄᴀʟʟᴇᴅ ɴᴏᴛᴇʙᴏᴏᴋs," I muttered. But before any of us could process it, the glass doors of our chambers slid open, freeing us. We exchanged cautious glances. Was this some kind of trick?

Ginica was the first to step outside. She carefully placed a foot onto the ground, testing it, and then waved back at us. "𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝, 𝐠𝐮𝐲𝐬!"
"Gᴏᴅᴢɪʟʟᴀ, ʏᴏᴜ ʙᴇᴛᴛᴇʀ ʜᴀᴠᴇ ᴀ ᴘʟᴀɴ" I murmured, still on edge.

Godzilla's POV
We all froze again. The heavy footsteps approaching the chamber sent a jolt of tension through the air. Whatever it was, it was massive, even by our standards. "𝐆𝐨𝐝𝐳𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚, 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐝𝐨?" Ginica whispered, fear creeping into her voice as she moved behind me. "ⵊ ᴅᴏɴ'ᴛ ᴋɴᴏᴡ," I replied, watching intently as the door opened. From the darkness emerged a figure. It was humanoid in shape, cloaked in dark, flowing robes. Its face was obscured by a hood, and an eerie distortion hung in the air around it.
