Part 7: the first day of school

YAY! its the first day of school! and im finally back in horde city. Theres only one highschool in horde city.... So that means Catra has too go to the same school as me! yay!

I stared at my closet for what felt like forever. My eyes were so set on it to the point that it had felt like I was in the closet.

Soon I pulled out a pair of medium-wash blue denim wide leg jeans. Jeans were always my go-to when I couldnt decide what to wear. Then I pulled out a white cropped turtleneck and a red flannel. I then realized that my jeans were to big, and didnt fit properly around my ultra-snatched waist with rock hard abs.

I then grabbed a white belt with silver eyelet rings and weaved it through the belt holes of my jeans. I tightened it and then grabbed some jewelry. I picked out a silver chain necklace and a few silver rings.

Soon I rushed downstairs to ky kitchen grab a cup of coffee adam made for me. He was already sitting at the table, eating a vegan protein bar. He wasnt even vegan, ge just bought the bars because they were on sale.

My parents liked it in brightmoon, so me and my brother live here while they live there. They pay for the house for us, since they got money from my trashy brightmoon school. I absolutely hated that school, the only good things there were these two little gay kids, glimmer and bow.

The government thinks my parents live with us, but the government is stupid.

I put my half-empty coffee mug in the sink, not even bothering to rinse it. I then rushed over to the front door where I slipped on my red high top converse and then opened the door to leave.

"bye adam" I shouted as I slammed the door behind me, not bothering to let him reply. 

I am so pumped! im so excited to see old friends! and maybe even make new ones! eeeeek!

I was walking to school, being very cautious. It had rained yesterday, and I didnt want to step in mud and ruin my shoes. I was really excited about the shoes. Ususally my family didnt let me get the things I wanted, but now they werent here to go boss me around.

Soon I arrived at school. Appearantly I have to go straight to the office, so I did just that.

"excuse me do you know where the principles office is?" I asked some random girl I bumped into. She was broad and had short white hair.

"yes! keep going straight and then on your right youll see a giant set of french doors. Have a nice day!"
"thank you! you too"

I started pacing faster towards the end of the hall, and ther I saw two big wooden french doors with two silver pushy things. I pushed open the door and pretend to act like my life was put together.

"hello, principle horde prime."
He was in a spiny chair, and was facing backwards, but he slowly started turning to face forwards. It was almost like something a hot villian would do in a movie, but he is far from hot.

"hello. What would you like" 

"hello! im adora gayskull in 10th grade! im the gifted kid from brightmoon. I was advised to meet you here. Something about tutoring..."

"ahh yes... Adoraa~. Since you are one the only smart kids here,  you will be helping one of our... Not so bright kids. You will meet her in the school library at 12pm and you will help her get academically ahead."

"thank you!"

I headed out of the principles office and started walking towards my first class, too which I pull out my schedule to see exactly what that was. Ugh... Geography at 9 in the morning. Not fun. At least its better than brightmoon, when they forced you to play dodgeball at 7 am.
