Stoick had been talking before that- well he'd been mumbling some words and saying small words like bye and hi. And Hus head favorite- his name.

Astrid held Stoick in her arms as we sat downstairs near the fire late at night. Stoick was fast asleep after a night of calling his name to "gama vika"

I look to Astrid as she watches his sleeping faces smiling. I pat her stomach "you look happy milady....wanna try this again when he's all grown up?" I wink. She laughs " I love you babe, and sure there will be times when we do um that but not now" she smiles. "Why not babe?" I pout she laughs "because-" she goes to put Stoick in his cribb and returns beside me. " you gotta work for it" she smirks pulling me by my shirt collar into a kiss.
I smile "oh I'm gonna work hard for it babe" I smirk. She smiles "hmm okay...because your my sexy husband and cheif of Berk I'll let this time slide" she pulls me into another kiss then dashes upstairs. Of course I have to chase her...Astrid..so predictable I smile getting up following Astrid upstairs.

Next day

I wake up next to Astrid who is still sleeping. I yawn and stretch I dit up as I realize her hair is in my mouth! I get rid of her hair in my mouth a run downstairs or try to-astrid ax meets the wall next to where I was standing. I gulp looking back. "What no 'morning babe?" Astrid smirks "and you might wanna put some clothes on" she smiles. I smirk " morning babe" i laugh "how long have you been awake?" " oh you know hour or two" I smile kissing her. We both put clothes on, but we lay next to each other on bed instead of going downstairs. We laugh and kiss and tease each other until mom comes upstairs to me I have to get to work being cheif. " aw but mooooom" I wine "get him toothless mom laughs going to get Stoick who's mumbling things downstairs. Toothless climbs over Astrid to me and drops his head on my stomach
" alright!" I laugh as Astrid clings to me. "Noo don't go " I lean down kissing her, she releases me and sits up " I've got to make sure the twins didn't kill the academy anyway" she smiles hugging me as I leave.
" I love you Astrid" " I love you too hic"

As hic went out the door and was going to leave with toothless I realized he's going to be buissy being well cheif will he even have time for his family or work late and hard like his father? I have to say it.

"Hiccup?" He turns away from toothless eyebrows raised. "Yes?" "Will you have time for Stoick,your mom?"
He looks shocked.

"Yes.." I know he noticed the look in my eyes...

"And even more for you" he puts both hands on my face and kisses me passionately. I smile " I will always have time for you...forever babe I love you.."
