TESSA'S POV~
Today's the day. Of my delivery of my baby and of the new war. Tom had been killing muggles, muggleborns, and half-blood witches and wizards for years. Now it's time to stop this.
"Tessa! To the secret room!" Aunt Phoebe yelled as my whole family ran to battle Tom Riddle. Only James, Chris, Chloe, Dad, Mom, and I were going to be in the secret room. The secret room is where the Sorcerer's Stone was kept in Uncle Harry's first year. It's the most secure place we could think of.
I was carried on a stretcher while I protested. Mom put a silencing charm on me while I tried to yell at them, silently.
We reached the room and went through the secret passage way. The room had been transformed into a hospital and I hated it. Hospital's are torture.
A contraction came. I tried to scream but the charm stopped me. Dad gave me a couple serenity charms and painless charms. I calmed down and relaxed. The contractions were only slight pains now. Thank you magic!!
James took the silencing charm off and took my hand. I gave him a loopy smile. These serenity charms feel weird.
After a few minutes in the safe room, the battle started. Then I had to start to push.
"Tess, honey, you need to push on 3. 1, 2, 3!!" Dad said loudly and I pushed. It hurt, a lot. But I stopped myself from screaming. I stopped pushing after a few seconds and sighed in relief.
"Great job honey. You're going to need to push again. On three, 1, 2, 3!!" Dad said and I pushed again. I stopped after a few seconds and fell back against the bed.
"Only a few more pushes baby-girl." Mom said and held my other hand. "On three, 1, 2, 3!!" I pushed and heard a high pitched wail.
"It's a girl!" Mom yelled in happiness. I cried with happiness and joy. James was crying too. We have a child!! "Wait, there's another baby!" Wait, what?!
"You need to push again. 1, 2, 3!!" Dad yelled and I pushed. I pushed a few more times and then another high pitched wail was heard again.
"A baby boy!!" James yelled and jumped with happiness. We have two children!!
"We have to children. James, how about you name the girl and I'll name the boy, ok?" I asked.
"Got it. Meet Demi Lily Potter. Our baby girl has blue eyes, like you, brown hair and fair skin. She looks exactly like you!" James exclaimed. I laughed. Only James, the babies and I were in the room. The rest of my family left to go fight. Chloe and Chris were sleeping in the next room that was locked with my magic.
"Meet Chase Jackson Harry Potter. He has black hair, blue eyes, and fair skin. He's like you and Uncle Harry except he has blue eyes." I said. We moved to the next room where a nursery was created for the babies. There was a bed for us to sleep in too.
We sat in the couch with our new babies in our arms. "They're so cute James! I can't believe we made them. I love Demi and Chase. Even though we thought only one of you was in my tummy, it's better that there's two of you. Double love." I said laughing. James joined in on laughing too.
Suddenly Chase proved from my arms and into the crib. But then he came back, took Demi's hand and then or bed into the crib again.
"Ummm.... Tessy, did you see that?" James asked with a puzzled voice.
"Yeah. I'm wondering why they couldn't do that when I delivered them?!" I asked sarcastically. James chuckle and I glared at him.
"What?" James asked.
"You didn't go through the pain of delivering them. Next time, I won't take any pain charms and you can deal with the screaming and the pain that I inflict on you while I deliver.
"Sure- Wait, next time?" James asked, eyes wide.
"Only if you want too." I replied.
"Let's wait till Demi and Chase are older though." James said. I smiled and kissed him, on the lips. A sweet, short kiss.
"I love you James. You are the light in my world but now you'll have to share the light in my life with our children." I said.
"I love you too Tessy." James said and we kissed again. Then James got down on one knee.
Is he doing what I think he's doing? "Tessa Black, I have loved you since I met you. I may not have realized it but I did and I always will. We've been through a lot of downs but the amount of ups we've had, it overrules the downs. Tessa Black, wool you do me the honor of becoming my wife?" James asked. He pulled out a velvet box and opened it.
Inside was a red, glimmering stone inside a ring of diamond. It was set in a silver band but it was beautiful. Simple, but totally my style.
"Yes!!" I squealed and I jumped into his arms. He put the ring on my finger and it fit perfectly. We kissed but then a loud noise was heard at the secret door.
A shield went around the babies. "Wyatt did that when he was a baby. It saved his life more than once." I told James.
"Chase, Demi, keep the shield going until I come back and say your middle names. I love you two." James said and we carefully walked to the door. I made us invisible.
Suddenly the door burst open and Tom stood there with Aunt Paige next to him. Remember, Aunt Paige is on our side.
I threw my voice to the next room over. "James, what's there?" I asked, throwing my voice. I created an illusion of James and the illusion walked out. Tom shot the killing curse at illusion James and he disappeared into thin air.
"Where did he go?" Tom asked. Aunt Paige looked straight at James and I. She could sense us.
'Tessa, James, if you can hear me, I'm going to come to where you are in about 5 seconds and we'll attack Tom. I'll go protect your babies. Your Mom told me that you have two children. Love you two.' Aunt Paige thought and I read it.
She walked over to us. James and I whipped out our wands and I took down the invisibility charm. Tom looked surprised.
"Expelliarmus!!" James yelled. Tom's wand was thrown away.
"Ahh. Hello dear Tessa. And Potter." Tom spat out James's name.
"Don't you dare speak to James like that!" I yelled at him. The room started shaking and Tom was thrown off balance. James, Aunt Paige and I stayed upright.
"But why should I speak to the soon-to-be-dead man? Avada Kadavra!!" Tom yelled.
"NO!!" I screamed and jumped in front of James, closing my eyes, but the spell never came.
I opened my eyes and saw two blue and purple shields in front of James and I. Demi and Chase. They wanted to save their Mommy and Daddy.
"H-How?" Tom asked, puzzled and angry.
"My kids." I simply said and then our two spells collided, like Uncle Harry and Voldemort. "Goodbye Tom Riddle." And then my spell reached Tom and he died.
Tom Riddle is dead and my family is safe.
