Michael waited for me beside my locker. "So, what do you like?" He said this while he was playing on his phone. Isn't he great at paying attention? "Um, music, tv, stuff like that" I started to walk to the cafeteria. He shrugged, "Fine, I don't want to know about my girlfriend." I stopped dead in the hall way. I mean seriously? Did he just say I was his girlfriend? I turned to him "I'm not your girlfriend, I said I would go on a date with you.". He rolled his eyes "Whatever" he started to walk ahead of me. To be honest, I only said yes because I've never been on a date before. My curiosity might have just ruined my life. I walk in the cafeteria, I see Cody at a table talking. He looked up smiling, and gestured me to come sit. Usually I sit alone in the corner of the room. I feel a soft pull on my arm. Michael pulled.me over to his table. I looked over at Cody as his smile completely disappeared from his face. Lori was on the other end of the table glaring at me. "Here" Michael pushed a big cookie in front of me. "What?" I had no idea what he wanted. He smiled, "Oh my God, do you really not know how to eat a cookie?" He picked it up, pulled a piece off and ate it. I picked it up and bit down. Let me just say, it wasn't a good cookie. I sour expression came on my face. Michael seemed to enjoy my sour face because he would stop laughing. "Will you please stop laughing now, it wasn't that funny." I was a little annoyed. Cody walked over and sat beside me. "Why the fuck are you over here?" He was really mad at me. "I'll explain later" I said nudging him to go. "Whatever, enjoy sitting here." Cody walked away. Great, now Cody is mad at me. Michael grabbed my jacket and pulled out my phone. I went to say something but he put his finger up in the shh motion. "Here, it's for later." He stood up just as the bell for classes rang. Ok?
