I wake up to the soft bird song of the robins. I slowly push myself up. I looked around my grey-blue room. My room is so big they should have just put in a few walls and made three bedrooms. What a waste. I shake my head. The soft morning light gives a cheery atmosphere to the huge room.

There are mirrors everywhere. They disgust me, it makes me look like I am some egotistic, vain, gentleman. They are more there for my parents than me. They prefer to see themselves at all times. They are egotistical and vain.

I hear something moving in the tarp above my head. I used to use it as a hammock to hide from my parents when I was little. Now something else has claimed it, it seems. Curious I start reaching up for the tarp when something swings down, and a little fury head pokes out from the tarp.

He is a cute little thing, from what I can see his body is about the size of my hand though it is a little smaller. When he finally jumps down, I can see that he is a sloth. He is small though. If he stood up fully and stretched his arms up, he would be about the size of two rulers.

He started examining me, circling me while I studied his features. He is grey, with amber eyes. He has long arms and legs about two thirds smaller. He has three finger like claws that he uses to walk on all fours. While he was circling me a third time, I realised he is a sloth. And a Powermal.

"Good morning, sir." The sloth said with a bow. It made me feel uncomfortable. I was not of noble blood or royalty, my parents just liked to act as if they were.

"May I have the pleasure of knowing your name?" I ask the sloth. He simply nods.

"Flint is what they call me. What are you called?" I am quite stunned at how respectful and poised my Powermal is.

"Royal, but you may call me Roy."

He smiles, and nods, "As you wish."

I am quite glad how well-mannered he is. It would do me no good to have a bad influence and forget everything I have been taught. It would do him no good to mess with my parents either. I notice he is staring at me. After a moment I realise he is waiting for permission to speak. I give him a small nod.

"I found something in the fabric above your head I thought you might want to look at it." At first, I think it might be some old toy from my childhood left up there.

"Could you kindly bring it to me?" I inquire. He nods then disappears up into the tarp again. When he returned, he had a big rucksack? He offered it to me to open it.

"I am confused. how could this get up there?" Flint just shrugs.

"It is not important for us to know, so we do not."

I got out of bed, took the bag, and pulled out its contents one by one, onto the end of my king bed. There were just suits. But not the kind of suit for balls and social gatherings. They were what spies would wear in movies. Except each suit was different.

The first suit I took out was grey like the rest. But it had purple stripes along the sides. The wind symbol is on the sides of the shoulders. There was a fixed in belt around the waist. It had two pouches attached, they, I realised as I put my hand in, are full of dust. There was a hook on the side of her waste too, probably to hold a small bag or pouch. I also found some black heeled boots with the lavender wind symbol on the ankles. Who would wear these? So unpractical. A closer look told me this suit was made for a lady.

The next suit looked just like the last. Except it had green and brown stripes. And where the wind symbols were, the nature and earth symbol. Strangely, the two symbols seemed fused together. There is a loop on the back, most likely to hold something small and cylindrical. There is a pair of boots to go with the suit, with the earth and nature symbol. In the pouches on his belt are pebbles and... animal treats? This pair of boots are much better suited for walking. This suit was for a boy, but I could tell it is too small for me.
