Jimin and Yoongi were opposites in almost every way, but that helped mitigate the chances of anyone finding out about their undying attraction to one another.

Yoongi began to walk Jimin home after they had gotten closer.
"Can I come over again tonight?" Yoongi asked.
"Um, not not so sure. Parents fighting again?"
"Yeah last night it got really bad.. Dad got too drunk and my mom was defenseless against him. I was about to stop him until she whispered that she could handle it and that I should go back to my room"
They both stopped to look at eachother.
"Yoongi I- I'm so sorry to hear that.. Our parents are familiar with eachother right? Let's just use our "project" excuse."
"Yeah, let's do that."
They walked home in silence but a comfortable one.
Yoongi wished he could hold his hand.
