I was completely marked and it's been days, it didn't even feel like it was fading away. I had a lunch date with Wren in a couple of hours and it felt like time had intentionally slowed itself down. I was currently at the bookstore and there were just a handful of people browsing the shelves and Desmond was flipping through a cosmopolitan magazine for who knows what reason.
My hearing aids were on and I could hear Desmond speak. "Stop staring at the time."
"No." I signed.
"Your marks even look worse than yesterday. Does he give you new ones everyday?" Desmond asked, raising his eyebrows at me.
"Do you really want to know about my sex life because I give you all the necessary details, Des." I signed and he stuck out his tongue, his nose scrunching up in disgust.
"To you, everything that happened is a necessary detail to tell me." Desmond said and I glared at him. I raised my middle finger to him and he stuck his tongue out at me again, like the grown ass man he was. The meanie. But, he had not been lying. All details were necessary details. There might be some people who wanted to know how Wren liked pushing me up or onto every and any flat surface and fucking me so hard that I end up coming on them. Or how when I told Wren I wanted to eat him out, he had let out the loudest moan and fucked into me like a man on a mission.
He really liked it and I was really going to do it. Whenever it was that he was ready.
I snapped out of my thought when something a little hard hit my forehead and I stared at the tiny booklet that was now on the table.
"You had on your sex face." Desmond signed and I glared at him again. He was such a liar. There was no such way.
"I do not have a sex face, you turd." I signed and Desmond's lips part in surprise. I felt very proud of myself for getting such a reaction from him. That would teach him.
"If I'm a turd, then you're an asshat."
"That's not a word." I teased, grinning at him, feeling very smug about it. Desmond rolled his eyes at me and I chuckled. We took a quick break when a customer walked up to the counter, handing over a copy of Fifty Shades of Grey and one copy of The Lightning Thief. Such a wonderful mix. She handed over cash, I gave her a receipt and then she was gone.
"Wonder what she would read first?" Desmond signed and I shrugged.
"She probably wanted to read the fifty shades book but didn't want it to be the only book she carried out of here." I signed and Desmond chuckled.
"It's a book store. We don't judge here. We have various erotic novels in that section near the wall." Desmond signed and then motioned to said shelves. More often than not, we had to get more copies of the kamasutra, it's actually one of our bestsellers. It seems people still learn from it. Old but never stale.
The lights flash, just as the door to the store is pushed open and a familiar older man walks in. My brow raised in surprise and Desmond was quick to get on his feet. The man smiles at Desmond and then turns to me. He smiles at me as well and gives me a little wave. He walked closer to the counter and I saw Desmond try to sign but I could not focus on him right now.
This older man was the same man I had met in front of Wren's workplace.
"Hello, it's nice to see you again." I signed and the man looked at me, a little lost. His look of confusion was adorable. Desmond was about to walk forward but I shook my head at him. I typed into the tab turning on the text to sound option. The only people I ever wanted to especially talk to were Wren and Desmond.
"Do I type or speak?" The older man asked and I looked at him.
"You can speak. I'll sign for him." Desmond said, discreetly signing so I could follow along as well. The older man turns to Desmond and gives him a grateful smile.
