Second trial

Everyone walked down to the trail site, a friend of theirs died, that friend being James Taylor, the ultimate inventor.

Andrew: "ok, who murdered James."

Raphael: "let's go over everything we've gathered, before we make any decision."

Sylvester: "oh the despair of the situation, how wonderful."

Eclipse: "shut, the hell up!"

Lucas: "don't waste your energy on him, let's first review what we know."

Charlie: "yeah, let's go over that."

Fred: "he had blood trickling down his face, Charlie didn't see because she passes out at the sight of blood."

Tanako: "ok let's see here."

Lucas: "suicide is not an option, at all."

Eclipse: "what makes you so sure?"

Lucas: "the stab marks, they were precise, if James had stabbed himself to death, the marks wouldn't have been that precise."

Fred: "I see what you mean."

Tanako: "than, who would do it?"

Lucas: "given the motive, someone desperate to escape."

McKenna: "yeah, that does seem fair, but, I can't guess anyone."

Tanako: "considering no one shared their motives with each other, this will be hard to find."

Andrew 'I think a few shared with me, who were they again?'

Andrew: "One shared with me, that one being Eclipse."

Eclipse: "yeah, my sisters and my boyfriend, I miss them."

Sarah: "and one of your sisters is my best friend."

Eclipse: "yeah, Midnight, I miss her, the adventures we took part in, they were great."

Andrew: "getting back on track. We know it was a few stab marks that killed him."

Raphael: "so, the weapon was a knife right?"

Lucas: "we, never mentioned one."

Raphael: "yeah, but one was missing from my room, so, it has to be one of my knives, I mean, one was missing."

Charlie: "that, thats realistic."

Fred: "I agree with Charlie here."

Fred and Charlie give each other a kiss.

Eclipse: "than, who's the bastard that killed James."

Andrew looks around and locks his eyes on someone.

Andrew: "it was you, wasn't it, Raphael?"

Raphael: "huh? How, my knife was missing from my room."

Andrew: "or was it, because, I did inspect your room during the time we had to discover answers, and, I made a discovery, your knife, was on your dresser."

Raphael: "what do you mean?"

Andrew: "here's how I think it happened."

Act 1

No one intended to kill earlier this week, or month, or however long it was, point is, no one had murder on their minds.
