Today was February 16th, 2020 and also my birthday I'm so happy I'm turning 14.
My mom said I could start practicing driving on uncle's golf cart which I'm excited about but people are starting to show up so I can't get distracted.
One by one people start piling in and the person I've been dying to see finally showed up

I walk out to the backyard to see balloons everywhere in (f/c) and (sf/c), a rainbow coloured bouncy house, the barbecue, and people standing everywhere
"(Y/N)!" I hear my mom say. I walk towards the barbecue where my mom is making chicken , hot dogs, and more stuff I forgot the name of "yes ma'am?" I replied instantly " Go greet your guests the only person I saw you talk to is your uncle and mina" she says annoyed "yes ma'am, sorry" I apologize " No need to apologize just go greet your guest" I nod my head as I start to walking towards the one and only... "Hi auntie!" I greet her "why hello birthday girl how have you been?" She asks "great, have you enjoyed the party so far?" I ask back " Of course, I love the colour of the decorations, well it was nice seeing you again but I have too stop Katsuki from popping the bouncy house" she says smiling worriedly. I don't respond I just look over at the bouncy house and see mina and Kats almost riping each other's eyes out, I roll my eyes and look back over to Mitsuki to see she has already ran over to Katsuki screaming and yelling
I went to talk to other guest and then I bump into baba (Sou kozu) I get scared since baba always was way too touchy with people
I fell on my ass and quickly stood up "H-hi baba" I say shakily "hi birthday girl how do you like your party?" he asks while rubbing my shoulder " I really l-like it, it looks nice and... fun" I say with a weak smile " well why don't you come up to your mom's room I have a birthday present I want you to open" he says smiling causing his face to wrinkle, I start to breath heavily a bit "of course" I say with an unsure smile
Me and baba got up to my mom's room and baba was behind me he closed the door and locked it, I was shocked by what he did and started to worry. He looked at me " you don't have to worry it will be over quick" he says with a disgusting smirk on his face, I don't say a word and freeze up, I watch him walk over to me grabbing something out of his pocket

I walk slowly and painfully to my room and get fresh clothes to wear before heading to the backyard I see people stare at me as I walk outside my mom walks over to me with a concerned look
"You ok (N/N)" my mom asked worriedly, I felt like I was choking on words I wanted to say so I start sobbing " h-he h-hurt ME!" i say crying my eyes out, my mom looked scared " WHO?" she ask angrily "..." "THE FUCK YOU THINK YOU ARE TOUCHING MY FUCKING KID HUH?" I scream he starts to shake " WAIT WHAT I WOULD NEVER YOUR BASTARD CHILD IS LYING" he yells in fear "STAND YOUR OLD ASS UP AND GET THE FUCK OUT MY HOUSE YOU PEDO BEFORE I CALL THE COPS" I threaten I can visually see him shaking. (Your POV) I see my mom grab her phone from her pocket dialing some numbers before putting it on her ear "BALI COME HERE" she yelled as she turned her head, her eyes were a bit watery and she was shocked to see me standing there, in the softest tone ever said said "hey Hun can you go out side for a moment" as my uncle came in and grabbed the gun in one hand while grabbing my hand in the other he put the gun up and gave me a big hug "I'm so sorry that happened (N/N)" he said sobbing " I look him in the eyes " it's not your fault uncle Bali" I smile at him with a weak smile.
Later the cops come and take away baba and a cop pulls me over for questioning " hey kid so can you tell me what happen?" They asked I nod and go on to explain in the most detailed way I could without crying.
After the police left I wanted to go to my room but mina pulled me over to a table " (Y/N) what happened?" she asked almost about to cry " my baba... R-A-P-E-D me" I say, I spelt it out because there was little kids around and I didn't want to say it in front of them.
As soon as me and Mina were done talking she dragged me to the bouncy house where Kats was sitting in front of with his head down, I nudge his shoulder "hey you ok?" I asked, he scoffed " I should be the one asking you that" he says with his head still in his lap " I'm decent..." I say pausing in between decent, he doesn't question me and I felt better that he didn't
The party still went on untill it was 10:00 and by then I was holding on by a thread.
After the party we had to talk to lawyers the next day I skipped the whole week of school and spent that time talking to people about what happen, a few month later we were in court and when court was ready to decide whether baba was guilty or not I started crying, just quiet enough so people couldn't hear me but in the end baba got sentenced to 25 year in prison with no chance of parole.
