I sat between Mina's legs and closed my eyes not because I was tired just because I wanted to

I look over at Bakugo and saw him looking at me I would assume he would look away and mutter curses

But instead his eyes looked softer and he kept looking

This went on for about a good 2 minutes before he got a notification on his phone

(Bakugo's POV)
I stared into (y/n)'s eyes for what felt like hours but it was really only a couple minutes

I felt my phone buzz on my lap and look away to check what it was

I see a text from my mom saying to come down stairs to help

I groaned forgetting my mom was even here and stood up to go down stairs

After he was done reading what ever he got he groaned and went out the door

I was confused and looked at Mina who also got a text

Her eyes widen in excitement "hey y/n I'm gonna get some water can you sit up rq" she asked politely

I nod my head and sit up letting her get up and head out the door

Soon Kirishima got a text and whispered to Denki and Sero and they all got up without an explanation

I tried to go with them but they said to not go down and they will be back soon

So I sat in my fort bored out of my mind waiting for these hooligans to come back

I grab my phone and scroll thru TikTok/Instagram untill I hear a knock on the door

"Come in" I said questionably

The door slowly opens "Happy birthday to you" I hear everyone say I purse my lip making a pouting face "Happy birthday to you" everyone repeats "aww! You guys!" I say "Happy birthday dear (y/n)" everyone says I start to smile "Happy birthday too.... you" they say finishing off the birthday song

I stand up still smiling and hug my mom and everyone else "thank you guys so much! This is the best birthday every" I say praising everyone "(Y/n) you deserve it the last few birthdays' were rough so we wanted to make it better this year" Mina says with tears in her eyes "DONT CRY MINA! C'MERE!" She walks over to me and I give her the biggest hug ever

After the hug I look over at Bakugo who's holding a cake and it was TALL

My eyes widen "you guys even got me a cake" I say about to cry " nope we got it for the squirrels in the backyard" Bakugo said with a plain face

I roll my eyes I lean over the cake with the candles still burning and I blow them all out with one blow

In the corner of my eye I saw Mina jumping up and down

"Y/N WHAT DID YOU WISH FOR?" she says excitedly "I can't tell you or it won't come true" I say grinning at her
